Most general pests can be controlled within an hour and a half of the initial service. Preventative pest control is provided as an optional service for those that enjoy the peace of mind. Shawn was great. We spoke on the phone while I was looking into various pest control companies. I thought he was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions/concerns. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly that also fit my schedule. He texted when he was on his way with an estimated arrival time. He explained the process he was doing and answered all my questions at the time of service. I would definitely call him for any future pest problems.

Shawn was very thorough and fast. He examined all areas around the house, including the roof, and provided a quote before he left. When we later contacted him to accept, he gave us a date to do the work that was within a reasonable time frame. The process went very smoothly, there was good communication, and the work was excellent. We have not seen possums or raccoons around since the work was done.

Was a great experience. Shawn did a great job analyzing the issue, fixed/repaired a vene and caulked some holes wherre the mice were getting in around the Glass Block windows. I hope I never have another issue, but if I do I am calling Shawn at Lakewood Extermination! Highly recommended!

Shawn did a thorough inspection of my house for a long standing mouse problem I have. He repaired my foundation and set traps. He was courteous, professional and knowledgable. He explained what he was doing and answered all of my questions. He is going to follow up and there was no pressure to sign a contract.

Shawn was prompt, professional and pleasant to work with. Most importantly he got the job done! I moved into a new home that had been vacant a little while and the mice had taken advantage of that. Shawn got rid of what was there and did preventive work all around my home to make sure they will not come back. I hope to not need extermination services again but if I do Lakewood Exterminating will get my business!

Lakewood Exterminating responded to my message very quickly and came out the next day. Sean was very personable, checked my home for possible openings and did work on my place to eliminate possible places where the mice were entering. Shawn came when he said he would, evaluated the problem, inspected the exterior of my home, and did everything he could to ameliorate the problem. I have seen no more bees and the usual annoying insects of spring are also controlled. He also took care of some openings near the chimney and elsewhere outside.

I had wasps that started to come out from the siding and soffits over winter, and decided to have Lakewood Exterminating come out and spray by entire home. Shawn was happy to explain the issue, didn't make anything a bid deal, and took care of the problem promptly. He even said if I see issues in the future, let him know and he'd come back and handle it!
