Lawn services and snow removal servicing Northeast Ohio

"I had to call them three times about weeds in my front lawn and they never handled it. The third they came out, it was clearly about to downpour, which it did 10 minutes after they "applied" the weed killer. Finally, I went to the store and got a $6.49 bottle of weed spray which completely eradicated the weeds in one easy spray. My yard looked terrible all year. Finally, at the end of the year they sent out notices that said "watch for renewal letters coming soon" or something to that effect. I definitely didn't want to renew due to the poor product but they rolled out in March anyway and threw down some sort of fertilizer application. Then they billed me and when I called to question it they said "it says on the bill that you'll be automatically renewed". The woman in the office then became very rude, yelling at me and saying that I will pay their bill. Now they keep billing and tacking on a $5 invoice fee. I've complained to the BBB and highly recommend you find a service that actually does a good job."

There are 10 crews to serve our year-round clients in the Medina, West Akron, and Wadsworth areas. How am I billed? Upon approval, regularly serviced customers are billed monthly, on the last day of the month. “One-time” customers are billed immediately upon completion of the job. If we have your email address, we can send the bill electronically. Otherwise, we will send your bill through the US Postal Service, and you will need to mail back a check or money order. "I had been a TruGreen customer for a few years after they bought the company I previously used for my lawn service. In that time frame, the quality of both lawn care and customer service diminished considerably. Early this summer, I contacted customer service to see if they could send someone to my property to better tailor my service and address the issues I was seeing.
