What's nice is that he puts out the driveway poles. I had them for two seasons now and had no issues with tearing up my lawn or any kind of damage. If I only have one fault it would be that sometimes he doesn't make it before I leave to go to work.

Fabulous. Rich did all the work himself. Used a small excavator to remove landscaping--shrubs with deep roots and ground-cover. Dug trenches; placed new drain tile along side of garage on top of stone, filled area with stone. Made sure the slope was correct. Replaced downspout--which was clogged and not connected to anything--and replaced the connection and elbow. Tied all drains together, replaced all the dirt, and cleaned up the area. Even took the two big flowering bushes to the back of the condo's green space so my neighbors (renters, not the owners who refused to pay for repairs) could replant. A wonderful experience, and almost 1/2 the cost of what the video inspection company wanted for the same work, MINUS the gutter. Again, Rich did ALL of this work by himself in 1.5 days, and he did it almost immediately after we chose his company. With all the water problems we've had with our condo and disputes about who would pay for repairs, it was refreshing to work with an honest, person who does quality work. Rich's company does the regular yard work for our condo subdivision, so you might think he was being extra nice and careful, but I don't think so. His company just does good work at a fair price. One more thing: Rich did not re-landscape, but since our goal was to eliminate the water intrusion into our garage and mudroom, and since we, and not our neighbor, paid for video inspection and repair, we did not care. (The renters understood our situation and ended up doing their own planting). All is well in our now DRY garage and mudroom. Cowboy Earthworks is the best.
