I have used this company in the past to winterize my sprinkler system with no issues. Most recently I was selling my house and the buyer asked to see invoices for the last winterization. I call Irrigation Pro after a 2 minute conversation I had a copy of my invoice even when I was not a current customer. This speaks volumes on their commitment to customers. Although I have moved from this area I would highly recommend this company.

We called to get an appointment to get our irrigation system winterized.  We just moved ot the area and purchased the house a few months ago.  Irrigation Pro had a crew scheduled to be in our area the next day and we were given a 3 hour window for service.  The truck arrived an hour or so into the window.  The crew was very thorough.  They came into the house to turn off the water to the system, removing their shoes before they did so.  They were efficient and friendly.  Things couldn't have gone more smoothly.

They showed up when they said they would and went right to work. Replaced the backflow device and put in a more user friendly system at the same time. Sprinklers had never been fully finished with installation and they completed the system. It works great and will have them back when time to purge system for winter.

They came back and replaced a valve then stated that it was probably installed wrong in the first place.  My view is that if you came out to get the system back to optimum performance, why was it not identified then.  Tack on another $40 for a service call and an additional $40 for a part, and you end up with one not so happy customer.  Discount for Angies List member...nah...  I expect to pay for the part...not for the service call when they failed to fix the problem the first time I spent $118.  Guess we need to find a different company to service the system next year.

The original call was for a back flow to be installed.  They installed our back flow but they also checked all of your sprinkler heads to make sure they were working correctly and even replace one head.  They were very professional and polity!  We couldn't have asked for anything more!!  They will be our contact every year going forward, and look forward to working with them again!  I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent job of winterizing my irrigation system.  Very responsive in setting up service call and punctual to meet appointment.  This was my first experience with Irrigation Pro and can say it was a very positive one.  I will contacting them to complete my Spring start up in 2014.

Plain and simple these are the guys my grandparents described when they talked about service in "the good ole' days". Friendly, professional, knowledgable, and service service service! One week after having system installed our driveway needed to be replaced causing damage to the irrigation system. The next day Irrigation Pro was on the spot fixing the damage. When our new lawn was seeded I was supposed to call and give them a heads up so they could adjust the sprinkler heads. I forgot until about 6:30 in the evening. Renzo answered his cell phone and promised to be out at 9 in the morning. 15 minutes later he was standing in our driveway because he was worried it would rain overnight and he wouldn't be able to walk on our yard to get things right. Wow!
