He build a set of steps of me and the top steps was higher than the other step and when I came down the step a couple of days later, I fell because of the top step and injured myself.

"I?m sorry you had a change of heart after all you stood by me and told me everything you wanted done. I did everything you wanted and beyond as I put new decking boards down at no charge. This homeowner just gave me a 5 star review last week until he fell down the steps. He is handicapped with a ramp so he prolly has a reason to not use steps. I offered a full refund but you can?t make miserable people happy. Good luck with any other contractor who works for him."

"sorry you all feel that way. i gave a estimate ,you couldve went elswhere but chose my company and my price,we specialize in roofing. your problem has been fixed at tge price we gave. not sure why a issue. btw went to med center 15 min. 2800. thats over priced. good luck hope you have no future problems. thank you"
