He returned the next day and was wrapping things up when I returned home from work. The results look perfect. So much, that a neighbor asked me for his name because he said I have the best chimney on the block now. His price was very fair from other companies, he wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive. "Bob was very responsive during the process and very helpful in making our decision on what type of vinyl siding to install. We have received many compliments from the neighbors and the crew was easy to work with. My only issue is with timeliness, Bob was late for every appointment we scheduled, which is frustrating when you take off work to meet. Also, there was a delay in scheduling due to a crew member being out on leave, after two weeks past the estimated time for the project to begin I had to reach out to Bob to see what was going on. Our crew also didn't show up one day due to running out of material, which was not communicated to us, and let us wondering what had happened.
