"Customer has never paid me a penny for the job. It is 15.5 sq should cost between 7500 to 8000. We used brand-new surplus material from our shop to get in his budget of $4000.00 .charged him 180.00 for chimney flashing. This was roofing over everything existing now we have to put a mechanics lien against the property and take him to court to get our material back. Roof is completely watertight, customer also requested additional work that does not fall under the contract."
