We have been in the foundation, waterproofing, and drain tile business since 1961. Our other business- 'Tri State Concrete" has been installing foundations for over 50 years. Warm and Dry, LTD was started on our 51st year to provide professional basement and crawlspace waterproofing and repairs. "I’m probably the only person seen on the website not giving five stars but I will give the truth of my own personal experience. First of all my landlord hired this company. 1st time the owner was supposed to be out I waited over two hours before contacting him, he declined my call and text me that he had no idea who I was…had to reschedule. 2nd appt they were over two hours late. Afterwards, They had to come back to fix the door lock the next day. I’m now waiting for someone to come back out a third time because of rain pouring inside my kitchen on Friday. Called first thing Saturday to report it and was told there’d be here first thing Monday. It’s Monday and now I’m being told it will be the first topic of conversation this morning…I have stressed SEVERAL TIMES to this company how valuable MY TIME is but it doesn’t seem to matter. I was expecting them to be here to make wrong right because this is unacceptable. I’ve had to rearrange my schedule multiple times…I just don’t feel like I’m a priority nor that my time is considered valuable despite my ft time and the multiple things I juggle Day to day. And so I’m sharing my experience. This was a job set up by my landlord but should not matter one way or the other. (We also Have allot of rain coming within the next three days)"

We provide residential maintenance, repair and remodeling services, specializing in emergency plumbing & heating installation and repair, basement finishing and kitchen/bathroom remodels.

"I paid Mr. Phomalee $1275 to do some bathroom remodeling work that he'd initially stated he'd be able to begin between Christmas and New Years this past December. After not showing up at that time, he proceeded to promise that work would begin on eight separate dates, missing all of them. During this time I received no communication from Mr. Phomalee unless I initiated it, and when I did he made an excuse related to his vehicle or family each time. Finally, I informed Mr. Phomalee that I needed him to return the funds paid to him as it had become clear he had no intention of doing the work for which he had been contracted. He informed me at that time that his previous excuses had been lies, that he had used the money I'd paid him for gambling, and that he most recently had not been able to due the work because he'd been trying to secure a loan to cover "the bad checks [he] had written to gamble so [he] didn't go to jail". So, I'm now in a position where I've had an unusable shower for two months, and will be forced to seek legal action against Mr. Phomalee to attempt to recover my money."
