They manage themselves and their crew. We didn't have to think about any detail. Everyone who passes our home gives a complement. We had them scheduled for the fall clean up as well. He came on weekends, and he took the time even when he is fully booked. We got the estimate within the next day while the turnaround time for others is 3-4 weeks.
