Owner very knowledgeable and professional. Team showed up on time and completed work per original timeline (they were also very personable). Partial attic tough area to work in but they did a great job getting rid of all the mold and sealing it.

They did their job and was pleased with their work. The price seemed a little expensive, but they definitely put a lot of work into the job. The only thing I am not pleased with is that I have a cat figurine in the den , and I found an ear chipped from it. I called monarch and talked to receptionist? , and she seemed very nice, when I explained that the figurine was not replaceable, as it looks like a cat we once had. Very disappointed that Greg never called back, and now I have to pay to get it repaired.. *note- there is no maybe for if I would hire again, so I did check yes, but only under stipulations.

Excellent and prompt service

Greg was very responsive to texts and calls, his crew was trustworthy, prompt and they completed the work in the timeframe he had predicted. Pricing was very reasonable. This is the 2nd time I have used Monarch for mold problems. I recommend them for their professionalism, their expertise, and the warranty that they provide following the job. My only small complaint is their charge for using a credit card for payments.

Greg came out and gave the quote. He was great to deal with and very confident in the service he provides. He was more than willing to work with me on what he would be doing. The attic mold was a result of poor ventilation in my attic. I am perfectly capable of making the ventilation improvements myself so he quoted just the mold remediation and of course came in the lowest of three bids. I told him I would notify him when my corrections were made after the remediation but he was not concerned. He issued his one year warranty and explained that if I did nothing at all it would probably not return for two years. I'm am posting this much after the work because I just looked over the attic and it still looks great! I did fix the ventilation within two weeks of the service. I hope I never need this again but will certainly call Monarch if I do.

Greg Sr. was very professional, polite, and customer oriented from the moment we spoke on the phone. My need was soon but not immediate and Greg Sr. responded quickly to coming for an estimate. He explained everything to me as he went and answered every question clearly and until I was satisfied I understood.

Next came scheduling and again Greg Sr. was responsive. His son Greg Jr. and colleague Brian were on time for three days straight (the process requires tie in between each step). They too were very courteous and willing to explain and answer questions.

They completed the work with the intent to disturb us as little as possible. They were always willing to show and explain what they were doing. There was no trash and no mess when they were finished.

Greg was very professional and very nice. He got back to me right away and came out to give me a quote. He was able to get a crew to my house shortly afterward. The young men who did the work seemed very knowledgable and professional and also very polite. It looks like they did a very good job. They also cleaned up very well at the end of the job.

It took three half-days to complete job, which was the estimate.

I went well. Monarch Group LLC/MicroArmor Inc. were very polite, friendly, responded to my initial phone calls quickly.The only negative that I have to say at all was the little detail that was left behind in the upstairs floors. Everything else that they did was top notch, clean and perfect. But the in and out from outside, the house isn't occupied yet there was some dirt left behind, that's all. It's really not my top comment.

We are in the process of selling our home.  During the inspection, mold was discovered in the attic.  The buyers agreed to go through with the sale if we had the attic cleaned and added proper ventilation.  We had 3 different companies give us quotes and Monarch seemed like the best option on many levels.  They were actually middle of the road on price, but they could perform all the services we needed in a way that made sense.  One company wanted to use a paint barrier after cleaning the mold - we did not like the idea that things could then look "hidden" to our buyer.  Greg (the owners son) explained the process and chemicals they use at Monarch.  He told us that the wood in the attic would look brand new when they were done - he was right!  The before and after pictures are amazing.  They also use a protecting spray to ward off any future mold and gave us a one year warranty that can transfer to our buyer.  Installing the soffit vents actually took more time then expected and they had to come back for a 4th rainy  day of work on our home.  The guys on the crew were just as nice and professional at the end of the job as they were at the beginning.   I hope we have no mold problems in our new home, but if we ever do, Monarch would be the only company I would call.  We absolutely recommend this company to anyone needed this type of service!

I gave them the keys to the house (vacant) and they completed the job in 3 working days as quoted. The attic had a number of dark and black spots which are now completely gone. Gave pne year guarantee.

I could not be happier with the results.  The attic looks as good as new and this was not just a cosmetic fix.  The original problem of poor ventilation was addressed and fixed as well.  The owner of the company, Greg, is honest, knowledgably, and straightforward.  The crew that worked on our house, Kurtis and Kevin worked diligently and took pride in there work and were trustworthy and honest.

Greg Drenik was able to perform the attic inspection and estimate the same day that I contacted him.  The two person crew (Greg Jr. and Jeremy) began the work two days later.  They were very careful with the set-up procedures, enclosing the area and setting up the negative pressure environment that allows them to remove the mold without spreading the spores to other areas of the house.  The crew returned each day promptly at 9:00 a.m. for a total of four days.  They explained each step in the process and were careful with clean-up procedures.  
The attic area that was treated is now free of mold and Monarch provided a one year guarantee.  The results are beyond our expectations.

They were a little expensive, but they were good. They explained things well and very helpful. I have fungus that settles in the lungs and I have emphysema, so I was scared and really did not shop around. He obviously took advantage of me and I would not use them again.

allMonarch was great. We were looking for a chemical-free, natural mosquito spray and they had just the solution. It only lasts for 2-3 weeks and it definitely doesn't keep them all away, but it is still better than the alternative.

Greg came exactly at the appointment time, even though he had to drive from quite a distance.  He spent approximately an hour looking to our basement in great detail.  As mentioned above, he took quite a bit of time to educate me and his thinking, what he was looking for, and how to prevent future problems.  Mold issues, being pernicious, always keep me on edge.  I was happy to have Greg's expert advice and evaluation.

Do not reccommend this company

This was our first experience with mold issues and we really did not know what to expect. After inspection of the basement, Greg explained in detail exactly what areas needed to be addressed and put together a thorough proposal for remediation. The entire staff was extremely knowledgeable and professional and would take time to answer questions and address any concerns during the process. It took a few days from start to finish. We are extremely pleased with the results!

They got the job done within a timely manner. I will probably use them again.
