"Dreadful experience. We had been customers of Astacio since 2015 when they installed our first tankless boiler which failed completely after 7 years and needed to be replaced in late 2022. ($10,000+) Their second one just stopped working; a dodgy board? The part is under warranty but they want almost $1,000 to replace it in the boiler; probably less than 2 hours work. I thought they used to be a good local business with ties to the community but be careful; their tankless boilers are unreliable and they'll try to rip you off when your heat goes out in the winter. So much for standing by their work. I'll never use them again."

Dean did a thorough and professional job. I checked the price of this job ahead of time as I always do with any work that needs to be done at my home. Parts and labor, I always need to know up front. I do not like it when any workers come off as greedy and try to insult my intelligence. I hope the work of this young man lasts. However, I would have been able to give him 5 stars, if he had chosen to fully conduct himself as a professional in the end. This plumber was paid $1700. The price I paid was completely within the range of what it cost for parts and labor to upgrade an old water heater, with a new water heater. I wish his well..."

Their work failed plumbing, electrical, and alarm system inspections, and there are more than three serious building code violations. I need to terminate this company and hire another to rectify their mistakes. In the end, they placed a mechanic's lien on my property and claimed the full contract amount."
