Joe was responsive to my request to have his technician Dean cut out a leaking shutoff gate valve on the plumbing to my outdoor hose bib and replace it with a new ball valve. Dean did a thorough and professional job. I subsequently contacted Joe for a second unrelated job to clear out a blockage in my basement lift ejector pump which Dean was able to take care of and leave the area perfectly clean and dry

Joe responded to my request to help with my hot water heater. He gave me instructions on how to turn the water off. Provided a quote and scheduled the appointment within 24 house. Excellent, Joe is a complete professional who knows what he is doing, does excellent work at a very reasonable price. He is honest and will stay until the job is finished. I wish I had found him sooner and could have avoided so many headaches. Finally a knowledgeable, qualified, reasonable and reliable plumber (he's good with dogs too!)
