Job done: Bathroom renovation , full, 5x7 We were satisfied about everything done in this job. We had a gut renovation of our full bathroom that included replacement of window and door. The price was fair. The communication was consistent, and the quality of work was top notch. Importantly, the work was done quickly with labor even done on a Sunday, and cleanly. Never a mess after work was done.

Took a little while to get started but once on site, they did a superb job. Going beyond the ask to make sure every place was reworked. Good communication once started, relies on text and sends pictures which is welcome since I was at work. A pleasure to interact with Hector who is very personable and knowledgeable. Job was done over 3 days with one off due to weather.

I can't say enough about Hector and his team. It was a big project involving tearing out an old rotting wooden retaining wall and installing one with interlocking blocks -- a LOT of blocks along a very long stretch, multiple levels, and in a place that machinery could not easily reach. I put it out for multiple bids, and some people just make up (higher) numbers. Hector's bid was very competitive, maybe even the lowest, and he did more work than anyone else was proposing to do. In particular, an additional design element that he proposed (he was the only one I talked to who took the time to find out what I liked and didn't like and made a creative suggestion for something new, rather than just replacing what the old one looked like). And then the team was all super professional and friendly, took the time needed to do the job right and it was a lot of very hard work. We've been getting a lot of compliments on the results. Would hire these guys again in a heartbeat.

Hector and his team did a great job from start to finish. Hector was very thorough with his design and walked us through every aspect to make sure his vision for the project aligned with ours. His team showed up daily and where polite and courteous. The work was completed exceptionally well. Hector even sent the team back over, free of charge, to fix up a couple of stones that were damaged over the winter. Overall, very pleased with the outcome. Would highly recommend.

I'm that person who has a general distrust of contractors due to a few truly terrible experiences. I blame myself for these bad experiences because I didn't vet the people I hired throughly enough. With the retaining wall bordering my driveway was collapsing and the driveway beginning to split, I knew this wasn't a project I could brush off, so I began an intense search for contractors. Using Angie, I found two contractors I liked for the job, but hired Hector Santucci because he presented a better plan for the restoration of that portion of the driveway that was going to be damaged while removing the old wall. Santucci Brothers has shown me there are good, professional, honest contractors out there, if you just take the time to find them. Hector Santucci and his crew were professional, polite and excellent at their jobs. These are some true craftsmen. Not only is my new wall massive, strong, built to last, but it's quite beautiful. In particular, while the mortar joints on the old wall, which was built by hacks, were three, sometimes as much as four inches wide, Hector's crew tightened everything up, fitting the stones together beautifully, even recessing the mortar on the face. When they were done, they cleaned everything up, power washed the driveway, and even planted new grass. Santucci Brothers stayed on estimate, stayed on schedule, and lived up to everything they had promised me. Communicating with them was easy and efficient.

The work done was wonderful. We are very happy. First, Hector spent much time with us, giving us ideas for the remodel. This was very helpful. Then he scheduled the work at the best time for us. The workers were all wonderful, very polite and respectful, and cleaned everything up at the end of the day. They used drop cloths to protect the flooring. They wore masks all day. They worked on the job every day until it was done. The end result is gorgeous and the reflects quality work. I will call them again for my kitchen remodel and another bathroom remodel. The pricing was very reasonable.

Temporary fix for another driveway crinkling while we sort out retaining wall was excellent also! Highly recommend.

Very professional experience. Hector showed up on time to review the required repairs and provided excellent advice. The crew also came on time earl in the morning and worked on repair all of the loose flagstone and steps. Looks like new!! The work crew cleaned up after they were done. Exceptionally well. The workers did a phenomenal job. there were 3 of them. they worked very well as a team and went about their tasks quietly and diligently. They were here 2 1/2 days and at the end of each day they cleaned up and made sure the area they were working on looked neat. They reinstalled the 10 flagstones the first day. the work they did looks beautiful. The men were professional and skilled. Hector Santucci was professional and very personable. Listened to what needed to be done, offered suggestions and ensured I understood every step of them way. Its refreshing to find a team like that these days.

This is the second time I've worked with Hector and his team, the first being a bathroom renovation that went extremely well. I previously had an driveway and garage floor that were all-dirt/gravel and badly needed to upgrade. Hector came up with a solution that addressed difficult drainage issues without major excavation. I'm very happy with the result and now have a smooth concrete garage floor, together with a Belgian block-edged blacktop driveway that will be much easier to use and maintain. Hector and his team are a pleasure to work with and very professional.

We have an old house built in the 1920s and wanted to completely gut the bathroom, with new tilework both in and out of the shower, new plumbing and electrical fixtures, and a total closet remodel. It went great. I bid the job out to three different contractors, it was immediately obvious that Hector was the most qualified. He had great suggestions that showed his experience. I was also pleased to see that his price was very competitive. Throughout the job he was responsive and helpful, always keeping me posted on when things would get done and what to expect next. He stayed pretty close to the initial timelines that we talked about the. The work itself is extremely high quality, and that included detailed tile work, as well as plumbing and electrical. I couldn't be happier with how this project went. I have two other bathrooms that need to be renovated, and Hector will absolutely be the first person I call when I'm ready to start work.

It turned out very well. They did the work that needed to be done and did not try to sell me more than was necessary. They did the work quickly and efficiently. They did it well. There was a bargain deal for the labor and the materials came to about $150 something. It was more than that. I paid up front for the deal.
