62 I'm changing to gas heat from oil. The permit requires that my chimney is in good condition. Tommy and his crew came out and checked out the chimney. Apparently the ceramic liner was cracked. Some pieces were at the bottom of the flue. The inspection also turned up a missing sheet metal...
