"I was totally awestruck by Mike's professionalism, knowledge and honesty. He was able to reassure me that my used computer is in tip top shape and has more memory then I even imagined. He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! It's been 20 years since I have owned a desktop computer and I'm obviously not tech savvy! Mike did not take advantage of that and was even kind enough to share some info with me free of charge. I have already opened a file (in my filing account with his name on it)! I am making a list of things for him to help me with and will definitely be back in touch with him. I highly recommend Mike's company to anyone looking for an honest, reputable computer repair person."

"Jason Loft was patient with our ignorance and gave the needed help to get our viruses out of our computers, to order for us and get a new computer installed when we got a new one, and to order a computer webcam for us at a great price when we were boggled about the choices. I recommend him to all my faculty colleagues when they inevitably need some form of computer service help. Knowledgeable, smart, patient and kind, and he also got along with our very large German Shepherd!"

"Call Louder Helped me to set up my computer professionally,"

"Jhon, the owner of this business was very personable and knowledgable about my system and the help I needed. Besides the repairs he accomplished, he also gave me ideas for best practices I could use myself in the future. I highly recommend him and his company"

"Mike Perez called to let me know he was on his way, arrived on time and was terrific in helping me with my computer and printer problems. I would recommend him to anybody interested in quality troubleshooting."

"Seeing every desktop icon suddenly blinking was pretty alarming, especially since there was no obvious reason for it. I reached out to MicroSec because I was worried something bigger was going wrong with the computer. They took a look remotely, found the problem, and got the desktop behaving normally again. What stood out was how thorough they were instead of just applying a quick fix and moving on. Very reassuring experience, and the computer has been working great since."

"Empire Security and Technical Solutions promply responded to my project, arrived on site to assess job and quote a price, and performed the wiring / networking task in an expedient, professional manner. I look forward to calling them back if I ever have another wiring or networking issue."

"Jason, the owner of the company, showed up the day after our call. He analyzed the Internet break and repaired it immediately. He diagnosed the several problems with our aging principal TV and recommended a replacement. He supplied a high end name brand at a reasonable price - and delivered and installed it as part of the service practice. He and his assistant, Jerod, were friendly and efficient on the home visit - among the best service providers we have experienced in more than 40 years in Pleasantville I recommend Jason and his company without reservations."
