Paulie was awesome. He messaged me as soon as he saw the job and offered to come first thing this morning - which was awesome, given that we had ANOTHER bird fly down the chimney yesterday. Paulie was professional, incredibly experienced and offered a very fair price. He told me what the quote was and offered to do the work on the spot, which was kind of wild since it was pouring. He got soaked and didn't care in the least because he said this is just what happens in his field. I would hire Paulie again in a heartbeat.

Paul did an amazing job, he cleaned our wood stove chimney from inside and outside , which none of the previous guys did before. He was the fourth one we called after the others before him refused the job because our chimney outside is on a steep roof. He is reliable, professional and he knows what he is doing. He is honest and he went beyond expectations in what he was doing.

Pauli is beyond professional. he and his team really care about their work and the satisfaction of their customers. Do not hesitate to hire him. you will not be disappointed. He is fair, and honest and went above and beyond my expectations. This is my first time using his services, and I will recommend him to my friends and neighbors. As for the Quality of work, I am sure he is very busy. Do not hesitate though he is well worth the wait.

The work was great however, they made a mess and left a mess. They did not respect neither protect my vintage items as promised, stated that all items would be covered . After speaking with him, he stated that he would hire a cleaning crew and try to make things right. I admire his customer service practice to make sure that the customer is satisfied

They did more than was asked for, arrived and did the work very quickly, at the right price, with very friendly service, and everything works perfectly!

Nice and friendly, masonry and Clean up could use some work, but overall worth the price

Paul takes great pride in his work! Properly inspected and cleaned all of my chimneys in my 2 family home in Brooklyn. Found an old burnt up beer can in the chimney which clearly shows the last chimney sweepers I used did not clean my chimneys properly! Fixed additional issues with the chimney caps but did not charge extra. He stuck to the price he quoted. He is hardworking and honest. A rarity in this day! Thank You Paul!

Hired NeuPaul II to clean 2 fireplaces and a dryer vent. They were Honest, knowledgeable, and prompt. In an industry where many are not honest, it was great to find someone who I can trust. These are my go-to from now on.

Great experience so far with Paul. He came when he said he would and scheduled service asap.

He said he would come back and check the fimished work in 3 days. I have not heard from him. But hopefully everything is ok! But he seems to be a good guy and a hard worker.

Paul and his helper were outstanding. Their attention to detail was 100%. They did amazing prep work that kept my house clean while working. Any questions I had he explained in such detail that it was so easy to understand. Our stove came out amazing and my wife is beyond happy and so am I. I would recommend him 100 time over.

Iâ m so glad we hired Paulie and his crew. My 130 year old four story chimney had never been cleaned and was falling apart. Paulie cleaned and repaired the chimney and put in a new flu and did an excellent job while explaining all that he was doing. And for a reasonable price. And heâ s a nice guy.

I don’t usually write reviews but had to write done thing after the awesome experience we had with Paulie from New Paul contracting. He was professional, informative, responsive and quick. He cleaned our chimney and replaced some smoke pipes that were needed by the boiler. Corrected shoddy work that was done by the previous contractor at a very fair price! Couldn’t be happier!

Chimney work, recap replaced/ installed and wall vent work was performed very quickly and they cleaned up in the area they worked in. Prices are very reasonable and service was top notch.
