"Spray foamed my attic. I have a thermal camera and before the spray foam about half my attic was leaking. After none of it is. Even around recessed lights and bathroom fans. I was worried about getting spray foam after hearing about smells from improper mixes and curing temps but I didnâ t have any of that. No smell after about a day. I think itâ s safe to say the crew at Orr knows whatâ s up."

"Rob and his assistant were friendly, hardworking, and competent. I was extremely pleased with the doorway that they installed from our garage into our entry way. For some reason, the previous homeowners had made the entry from the garage into the house to go through a tiny bathroom. So, we had Rob wall in the existing door in the bathroom and cut a new entrance at a more appropriate location. The new door looks fantastic and was installed very well. 
Cutting the new door opening required rerouting some wiring which Rob was competent to handle. He also added insullation into the wall wherever he pulled off paneling, so overall there was much improvement to the room. He drywalled the new wall in the bathroom / garage and I was pleased with the result.
I was less pleased with the paneling that was reinstalled on the interior of our entryway. This is partially my fault as I purchased too-cheap paneling. However, I would have appreciated being better advised by Rob on the matter ahead of time. Furthermore, he did not glue it down and the paneling bubbled up after it was painted. Furthermore, along one edge it was installed with no backing stud - leaving a very large gap along that edge. 
In defense of Picture Perfect, When I called Rob he offered to come back up and fix it. At that time I thought it would be more trouble than it was worth, but in hindsight, I should have had him come back out. I think he should have foreseen that the cheap paneling would buckle, and definitely should have added some sort of backing along the one edge. 
Overall, I would recommend Picture Perfect for basic home repair and remodeling at a good price. He is very friendly and eager to please the customer. He even lent me his power-washer for several weeks at no cost.

"We hired Marc and Parlor City Construction to enlarge our living room, by installing a LVL beam in the ceiling, replacing/rerouting electric outlet, reworking our floor to match and drywall and plaster our entire living room ceiling. "Our aluminum siding on our 86 year old home looks beautiful after the crew from Parlor City Painting and Drywall painted it and we picked Sherwin Williams Smokey blue for the foundation. It looks stunning. They fixed corner pieces, replaced some siding by the front door. Chip and Elyis were meticulous in not getting paint anywhere other than where it was supposed to be and Chris did a fantastic job with siding issues. The guys were courteous and pleasant. Marc was pleasant to work with in explaining and scheduling the job and checking on the completion to make sure we were satisfied with the workmanship."
