They were AMAZING!!! So professional and the work was outstanding!!!! The girls cleaned things that I wouldn't have even thought of cleaning. I would HIGHLY recommend and looking forward to using them again.

I have known Debbie for years. She is professional and runs a good business. Overall I am more than pleased with the bi-weekly service I have with Brooms over Broome. Always a few small details that could be improved upon, but when it comes to bathroom, kitchen, and floors cleaning, they do the things I don't want to do on a regular basis.

Overall, I am very happy with my initial cleaning. Three ladies came into my home and worked for 90 minutes. My house was relatively clean to begin, but I thought they did a thorough job. They vacuumed, moped, dusted, wiped down glass and wood furniture, made my bed with fresh sheets, vacuumed my living room furniture (lots of dog hair), and cleaned bathrooms. I noticed that the dusting job in the living room wasn't great, so I emailed the owner of the company that day. She responded right away and assured me that she would let the cleaners know for next time. I'd recommend!

I have been using Brooms over Broome for recurring house cleaning for over a year, wonderful service. Very attentive to needs, they take care of the cats and are good with accomodating special requests.

All of the the gals that came to my house were terrific - just like the gals next door. Thoroughly enjoyed having them and never worried about theft --and that was very important to me. All the teams did a fairly good job at cleaning but some were crackerjacks and needed no supervision at all to do an amazing job. Others required supervision which I personally don't like having to do. On one occasion, I found that the Long TV Table that holds our 52" TV was only dusted in the front. A little surprised, I asked why that was, I was told that the gal's arms were too short to get to the back of the table (48" long x 21" depth). I did not know what to say as that is a 9 year old child's excuse. Needless to say the issue was rectified. Just know that depending upon the team, you will need to do your own supervision.

Brooms Over Broome was INCREDIBLE! They arrived promptly and the crew of three got right to work. They cleaned everything, even things I would have never thought to do like the tops of the doors and the vent fans and lights in the bathroom. They paid close attention to every detail, and continuously asked me if I was satisfied with their work. I only found one minor issue and it was addressed promptly and they were very apologetic. Our stove in the kitchen had come with the house, and it was in need of some serious attention. By the time they were done it looked almost new in spite of it being over twenty years old. These amazing women cleaned my entire house in a little over three hours, where the last company I used had taken all day, and "Brooms" work was FAR superior. They also contacted me a few days prior to the service to review exactly what I wanted done, and a few days after to make sure I was satisfied with the results. Not many companies do that anymore. I will definitely be calling Brooms Over Broome the next time I need a cleaning service!

Service was wonderful! The crew arrived in a timely fashion and were very professional. They took a few minutes to introduce themselves and got right to work. They were very efficient. I was prepared beforehand on what to expect and got exactly what they told me I would. I felt like they really cared about me and my home and wanted to help me. I asked them to do something that was not on their cleaning list (inside of my microwave) and they did it for me, no questions asked. I will be using their service again, and feel like I am getting a top notch service at a very affordable price. I have used other franchise cleaning companies, and also small one person operations and feel this company is the perfect in-between. Quality with peace of mind at an affordable price.

I've been using Brooms over Broome's cleaning service for over a year now, and never once have I been displeased or unsatisfied. A team of three girls always arrive on time and leave in a timely manner, making sure I'm happy with their services before they leave. And the price is unbeatable! I have a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, kitchen, living room and dining room that is cleaned for $85! Nicole and Debbie are very professional and helped answer all of my questions. I would recommend Brooms Over Broome to anyone looking for an amazing clean and a professional service!
