When reviewing the paint job before the painters left, I directed them to several spots to cleanup or correct and after they left I found so many more. The biggest neglect was not taping off areas not to be painted and now I am touching up so many spots. Spots of paint that dripped on another area just painted, but worst of all opening the paint can today and finding a brush roller left in the can of paint!!! Four men showed up to paint 3 bathrooms and no prep was done. That makes no sense. One had not ever painted before, I think.

Well if they ever show up I will let you know. He did show up to collect half the cost of the contract. Also could not be bothered to call and say he was not coming. Said he was sending drywallers but no one showed up 3 times. For the life of me I can't figure out why you recommend this company. Thanks a lot.

Completed fast after the rains stopped.

They did a great job and left the house spotless. They kept me informed of their progress, great costumer services.

Our aluminum siding on our 86 year old home looks beautiful after the crew from Parlor City Painting and Drywall painted it and we picked Sherwin Williams Smokey blue for the foundation. It looks stunning. They fixed corner pieces, replaced some siding by the front door. Chip and Elyis were meticulous in not getting paint anywhere other than where it was supposed to be and Chris did a fantastic job with siding issues. The guys were courteous and pleasant. Marc was pleasant to work with in explaining and scheduling the job and checking on the completion to make sure we were satisfied with the workmanship.

Quality workmanship. Extremely pleased with the addition to our home. COVID disrupted timeline, but the project results were excellent. All the crew members were extremely polite and helpful.

The project took way too long to complete. The contractor had worker sicknesses with no backup plan to move my project forward. I kept repeating what work I wanted to be done and the contractor took no notes. The estimate came in with omissions that I had to then review and ensure we were in the proposal. Some items were missed and when found, the price went up to include the missed items. Scheduled appointments were not kept. I was having new wood flooring installed and due to lack of progress overall that contractor had to be rescheduled 4 weeks later than agreed to the date. The contractor tried to credit me for some work done if I did not give him a bad review on HomeAdvisor. I would not agree to that proposal and said I would pay for what I agreed to pay and then provide a review based on their work. I am glad the project is finally over. I do not recommend this contractor.

Very professional and personable from the top down. they are not yet 50% done with our basement but so far I can say I made the right choice. Honesty and good communication is key and Parlor City has both in spades. I would recommend for any project large or small. Will comment again when project is done but I expect the work to be great as usual.

We have used them twice. Latest was plastering a stairway and hall with walls 2 stories high and many doors. Craftsmen were very concerned with the quality of the job and final finish. We are very happy with it.

Marc and his staff did an amazing job on our house! From the basement remodel to the exterior siding and breezeway it looks like a new house! We were very pleased and would highly recommend Parlor City Construction!

Very Professional and personable from first contact trough estimation, scheduling the work, the painting, clean-up, and follow-up inspection. Very detailed description of the proposed work scope. Work began on time with a great 2 man team, who were professional, knowledgeable, quality oriented, friendly, and very efficient. Plus they finished a day ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend Parlor City for any painting project.

I really liked thire workmanship. Would have given all 5s, but it was a small project and really thing to get 5s it should be larger work, project.

I located Parlor City Construction on Home Advisor. Their quote was very detailed and happen to be the low bid of three. I have been very impressed with my point of contact, Marc Mazzei. He was very easy to communicate with and was very eager to accommodate my wishes. Once on site Marc noticed other areas where his team could help me. As with every project there were change orders which were driven by my interest in increased work scope; but the added expense was very reasonable and acceptable. The quality of the work was first rate and the material used (from which I was given to choose from) were top notch. The work crew was very professional and polite. Before leaving each day they would pick up and clean-up the work areas. I would definitely recommend Parlor City and would not hesitate to hire them again for another home improvement job. I would rate them 4.5 out of 5 Stars with my only ding that some areas needed additional paint touch-up and edge cleaning (however, once pointed out it was handled). Excellent Job done by a very professional group of people!

Professional from start to finish. I made an appointment for an estimate. They showed up on time to meet my schedule. A detailed estimate was provided in writing. They arranged a convenient start date, did the work, left it clean and asked if I was satisfied - I would hire them again & I recommend them to other homeowners. Very satisfied.

The Parlor City people did an excellent job on my water damaged wall. After the damaged section was repaired they plasterd the whole wall. You cannot tell the wall was ever damaged. It looks perfect. They did the whole job in a day and a half. And they cleaned up everything. I will certainly call Parlor City for other jobs and will highly recommend them.
