This review is an edit to my previous review of 10/5/2021. A representative from Orr Industries took the time to come out to our house and made good on our previous complaints. Because of this service, we have changed our rating and are very happy that our issues have all been resolved. For this reason we highly recommend Orr Industries for any insulation projects. We would definitely contract again!

Contracted with Orr Industries to clean out old fiberglass insulation in crawl space and apply spray foam insulation. A team of 2 was sent and had no information about the clean out, were complaining there was no dumpster so asking me what to do with old fiberglass insulation. Results were mediocre workmanship, with lots of insulation left behind. I will have to get into the crawl space myself to finish clean up and verify 2? of the foam were actually installed. The team also damaged my beautiful lawn with their truck tires which ran off the driveway and did not say a word about it. Also, my internet modem had a 36? the cable that ran under the floor. The team sealed the cable with foam and now the modem cannot be moved from floor to table where it is usually placed. The cable extension is sealed in foam. Buyer Beware! Unprofessional, inexperienced! I would not recommend Orr Industries LLC for the insulation project. High-priced contract for low-quality work!

First day on the job they were not prepared ....once they got the right tools needed all went smoothly and they completed the job. At first they were not prepared due to not being informed I had stucco under my siding! That was not the employees fault.... They did a great job once they came prepared!!
