John, the owner of Northever was very professional and easy to work with. He went above and beyond to help us in an emergency situation to repair our deck so it would be safe for us to use. He gave our small project a top priority and did the work the same day we made a request from Home Advisor for service.. I would highly recommend Nothever for any home improvement project, large or small.

I appreciated John's communication with us on his intentions as much as his quality of craftsmanship. He came up with a unique but very effective solution to a floor rot problem and executed it very well and in a timely manner. He was also looking out for our interests by showing us where we could save money and still do things the right way. I'll probably be hiring him again for additional remodeling and repair work in the near future. The job he was hired for was a rotted floor, door, storm door, and partial wall at the entryway to our sunroom caused by splash damage from our deck railing getting behind our siding and the poor initial build quality. Thanks to John, we now have a new subfloor (including insulation), a new door/storm door and new flooring. The room looks amazing now. I just hope I can make the rest of the house look as good as my sunroom now ;)

I had water damage to the floor in my hallway. John took up the floor that I had only put in 2 years ago, repaired the damage and put the floor back down. It looks like nothing ever happened! He took great care in doing the work so I would not have to replace my whole floor and then took measures so that situation should not happen again! He definitely goes above and beyond with his work. He is there when he says he will be and I have already recommended him.

From start to finish John was professional in providing an accurate quote, assisting in selection of the dishwasher and disposal, modifying the cabinets and completing the job as scheduled. Its good to have a contractor that serves plumbing, electrical and woodwork. Will use him again.
