"We contacted Matt to demolish a very old deck and build a new Trex composite deck, stairs and railing. The entire base support structure of the old deck needed to be replaced, including attachment points to the home that were rotted due to poor design and flashing of the prior deck. When looking for a contractor we researched many options. We eliminated contractors who seemed to only occasionally build a deck, those who had a different primary focus area, and those who did not often do composite decking. With Tony's input, we devised a way to convert a rarely used closet in the back of the house, extending for a short distance into the attached garage. A service door was built on the garage-side of the alcove allowing easy access for cleaning. An exhaust fan was mounted on the top of the alcove venting airborne dust to the outside of the house. The alcove is well insulated to prevent any loss of heat from the house. The area has the appearance of being built by a true professional remodeler. I would recommend Tony to anyone who wants a first-class remodeling project performed.
