"Jessie and Rob did excellent work. They built a master bath from scratch. Space was a walk in closet. They ran drainage pipes, water lines, electrical, floor and shower tiles. Everything! The other bath and powder room were remodeled with tub, vanities, tiles, sinks, toilets, everything. Rob gave us a thorough estimate and once we signed the contract, they handled all the permits, inspections, dumpster delivery and removal, supply house needs, etc. All construction was fast, professional, and Jessie insisted on reviewing each days progress with us. The job took several weeks to complete but we were never inconvenienced by the construction work. If you are contemplating any remodeling, do yourself a favor and call these guys. You will not be disappointed."

"May 22, 2017 Wonder Windows 634 South Ave. Rochester, NY 14620 Dear People: I am writing to commend to you the presentation, products, crew and workmanship of our recently-completed home window replacement project by Wonder Windows. We were originally referred to you by our neighbors at Silver Lake, NY, Patrick & Julie Bausch, 4112 Lakeside Ave., Silver Lake, NY 14549, on whose home you did a window replacement project, a few years ago. First, let me say that your Sales Representative, Michael Whaley, was very thorough in his demonstration and explanation of the features of the OKNA windows. From the beginning of his presentation, we were impressed with his understanding of the product, thorough discussion of its operation, and we were very pleased when he got to the price for our project. We are also very pleased with the products; triple-pane windows by OKNA, replacement shutters, replacement gable vents and replacement rear entry door. We are already appreciating the heat-deflecting effect of the low-E glass in the window units. The “new” appearance of our home, at each window, is pleasing, and it blends in well with our existing exterior siding and trim and our interior paint schemes. Most importantly, however, I want to take this opportunity to say that we were extremely impressed with your crew, Bill Sr. & Bill Jr. Quagiata, assisted on one day by Scotty & Paul. The Quagliatas were very professional; on-time, careful and thorough in their work and very accommodating to our questions and concerns, throughout the project. They were all meticulous in their workmanship, especially when some of the prescribed (20+) openings in our thirty-seven year old home had deteriorated, or weren’t quite “square”. Each of these very competent professionals went out of his way to ensure that everything was done perfectly. Throughout the four-day job, it seemed to us that were they handling our project as they might if they were actually working on their own homes. In summary, we are very pleased with our new Wonder Windows. Gratefully, Lee & Marci Loomis 74 Copper Woods Pittsford, NY 14634 (585) 738-3079 (mobile & text)"

"Carl was great! It was easy to schedule the repair, he was on time, very nice, identified and fixed the issue quickly. Price was reasonable and I would definitely use this company again. Thanks Carl!!"

"We went with Stellar roofing bc from start to finish they were very professional and upfront. They not only matched a competitors price they beat their price. They came out took pictures as the job was being done, kept in contact with me throughout the whole job! They cleaned very thoroughly and above all else my house looks great! Thank you Stellar for doing a fantastic job!"

"Everyone I dealt with was professional, polite and treated me like a valued customer. The Salesman, David, was thorough in explaining the product the company offers for my project. Bill coordinated the final measurements and the installation crew. I was not expecting the work to be done until early November. It was done October 21, 2020, weeks early. The installation crew, Ivan and Vito, were clean, professional and installed my six windows in a half day (replacing original windows from 1937 when the house was built). They were very careful of my outdoor plants and interior belongings. They thoroughly cleaned up and replaced the blinds hardware they had to remove to do the job. You'd be hard pressed to know they were even there. They were professional and true craftsmen. I cannot be happier with the quality of the windows or the service provided by ProEdge Remodeling by Custom Built. They are worth every penny I paid and they look so natural. I highly recommend this company and their quality windows to anyone who wants windows to truly last a lifetime, and then some. Home Advisor, Thank You for suggesting this company. I couldn't be more satisfied."

"Graves Bros. (Rochester crew) handled our roof replacement, and we could not be more impressed with the results! The process started with a two-plus-hour meeting with Chad, assessor and estimator. He knew this was our first-ever roofing project, and was patient, thorough and professional answering a wide range of questions. We had one final contractor meeting scheduled, but that was cancelled thanks to the great visit by Chad. Graves was hired the next day, and price became secondary, as we felt totally confident with this major decision. The work crew arrived at 7:00 am, and twelve hours later with sunset imminent, the job was finished, in spite of one unforeseen challenge along the way. After tearing off the old shingles, one large section with very low pitch revealed a decking that was markedly warped in many areas — poor workmanship by the previous roofing company!. Rich, Graves’ excellent project supervisor, was all but assured the entire area had to be replaced with 16 sheets of new plywood (otherwise, we’d be re-covering an issue that would reveal damage down the road). So, Rich asked his boss, John, to come out ASAP, and after a meeting to discuss options, we confidently approved the extra work and cost. Fast forward to the successful conclusion, our finished GAF roof looks fantastic; the quality of materials was clearly equaled, if not surpassed by, the amazing skilled workmanship of the crew. Thanks to Rich’s team — including Chino, Juan, Maria, Manuel and Louis — for their dedication, attention to detail, professionalism, and camaraderie—their self-pride and experience made all the difference! Also, a thank you to Bob, Logistics Manager, for timely delivery of materials and removal of dumpster. We highly recommend Graves as the best possible choice for any roof repair or replacement. Rick and Debbie B."

"Phil and his team delivered a 5 star project from end-to-end; responded promptly to my inquiry, offered several scope/price alternatives; respected my gardens, were concerned for the dogs' safety, and the end result is an outstanding improvement to my home. Solid workmanship and great attitude and enthusiasm....top notch!"

"Brett framed an entire 2 split level, drywall and trim. Did a phenomenal job! Highly recommend BKB! An absolute professional! My wife and I couldn’t be happier!"

"My project involved replacement of some vinyl siding that had blown off during a winter storm. Trevor came to my home to work up an estimate, and was back within two weeks to perform the work. He and his assistant had the work completed in less than two hours. They were courteous and left the work site clean. He even removed some moss from my siding while he was doing the installation. The job was reasonably priced. I’m very satisfied and would recommend Trevor at Precision Renovations to anyone."
