I am so glad that I was able to get connected with 5 star carpet! They certainly live up to their name. The gentleman I worked with was such a pleasure from the very beginning. It was clear he was extremely knowledgeable and well seasoned in his work. He was incredibly friendly and professional. He was able to do the repairs in a very timely manner. His work was outstanding, you would never know there was a carpet repair. I would highly recommend working with this company.

Now I know why he calls himself 5 Star. Everything about Sam is Professional. He gave me an estimate and came in right on target. He restretched an install done by a Big Box Store. Carpeting now looks better than the day it was originally installed. Definitely going to remember Sam and 5 Star for any future carpeting needs. Really knows his stuff!!

It was refreshing in these times when it is so hard to connect with service professionals that when contacted, Samuel returned my email and promptly called. He was pleasant and easy to talk with, and I was so impressedthat he was able to come the next day. I foster rescue dogs and one unfortunately had dug up a few areas on a carpetâ one being quite severe. He offered us a couple solutions and for a reasonable price, he set about doing an amazing job! I can barely see where the repair was done, I am beyond satisfied. I would highly recommend Samuel for any repair work you might need, you wonâ t be disappointed.

Sam arrived right at scheduled time. Explained clearly what he would be doing and why, showed me the areas that caused the carpet to loosen and wrinkle. Very thorough, careful and efficient. Highly recommend.

Sam did a great job stretching an existing bedroom carpet that developed wrinkles over the years. Sam is very customer oriented, willing to answer any of my questions and also provide some carpet installations do's and don'ts. He needed to reseam a section that was not done properly during the initial installation. Overall, a great job and I would not hesitate to hire Sam again if the need should arise. Highly recommended.

Sam was so perfect for a difficult job of repairing carpet that had been ripped up due to water damage. Not only did he do the neceaasry repair to the carpet but had to realign the bifold doors and molding in the carpeted doorway. This was above and beyond what I requested and he did it cheerfully and efficiently. It was a pleasure to have him in my home. He was highly skilled and did an excellent job and I would call him again.
