Lozier Environmental Consulting, Inc. is an accredited New York State Department of Health ELAP-certified laboratory that was originated in Rochester in 2002 for the analysis of airborne fibers, asbestos bulk materials, and microbiology of potable/non-potable water. Lozier is also licensed by the New York State Department of Labor for the handling of asbestos materials (restrictive, non-abatement activities) and mold assessments. Current specialty services include asbestos surveys, design, project/air monitoring, food production quality control analysis, mold investigations/sampling and analysis, indoor air quality for commercial, industrial, and residential sites, OSHA compliance/negative exposure assessments, lead paint surveys, microbiological water analysis, food and environmental swab analysis and particle analysis. Our staff consists of dedicated employees, including a microbiologist, lab technicians, sampling specialists, project managers, and support personnel. We provide sampling and testing services to clients and projects within the Greater Rochester Area, Western New York, the Southern Tier, and Eastern Upstate New York.
