We loved his suggestion of putting pine on the vaulted ceiling, and the finish work at the bottom on the outside looks great. Matt took care to match our 20 year old siding, and finish the windows and doors to exactly match the others on the house."

Self employed carpenter. I'm in my 60's and have a lifetime of experience. I work with another master carpenter. If you are looking for a cheap fix, we are not for you. We do quality work and expect reasonable compensation. Here is a short list of some of the things We do. Remodeling and renewing older homes. Cabinets. Trim work, including baseboards, casings, & crown moulding. Custom woodwork. Doors. All phases of painting. Deck construction and repairs (NOTE: Composite decks are nearly 40% more expensive than PT pine. Not only is the material more expensive, but the framing is more involved than a standard PT deck thus further increasing the cost). Laminate flooring. Hardwood floor repair. Drywall & taping. Minor plumbing and electric. Larger projects prefered.
"Chris was wonderful and the consummate professional. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the process before he began and kept us advised along the way. The deck came out better than we could have hoped.!! It is beautiful and we get alot of compliments from the neighbors. I would recommend Hubbell's Carpentry to anyone...and I already have!"
