I first started working through H20 Solutions in July 2022. My first call was to take care of a sulfur smell and after testing, they determined that I needed a carbon aerator filter to remove sulfur and iron. After install and a few thousand dollars, the smell returned worse than ever after about a month. After several phone calls and cancellations, I finally got someone scheduled to come look at what was going on and was told it was now a bacteria causing the odor. I had an entire chlorine treatment system installed for another $3500. Again, the smell went away briefly and then returned. I have been calling and trying to get this figured out for nearly three months since the newest installation and am repeatedly being told everything is fine. My phone calls are rarely returned and I have yet to get any help. Don't bother with this company! They can schedule installations just fine to get your money but they won't actually help you if you have a problem.

I own a driving school & the owner of this business Lou Torres daughter Rya Torres booked a road test with me when we got to the first road test there was a problem with it, it was later found out that the New York State DMV driving school unit road test scheduling system had gone down and there was a glitch and some of the appointments were lost upon relaunch of the website I provided her with an hour driving lesson that day that I was never paid for & I rebooked the road test right in front of her with plans for me to take her on November 16th in which I was to receive my pmt then for the previous lesson Today I contacted his daughter to let her know we needed to go earlier as a doctor's appointment for an upcoming surgery was moved up it was then I was informed by his daughter that her father was taking her to the road test but neither one of them had the decency to contact my business and let me know and left the appointment in the book and still had not paid for the service already provided by me, per my website and business rules if I book a road test and you cancel I cancel the road test that I booked upon telling his daughter this she started calling me vulgar disgusting names then saying her father had contacted me and canceled which I have text from him stating he didn't even know he had to do that even though He knew I booked the road test for his daughter to begin with & his daughter definitely knew i booked that road test with me taking her to it, when she was sitting right next to me in the car as I booked it, with plans to pay me then for the lesson that I provided already, he then proceeded to call me a POS for following my business policies as I received his daughter raya calling me the b word telling me to f off to the point I had to tell both of them both that if they contacted me again I would contact the police and have them arrested for harassment so please know what you're dealing with when you deal with these people as they cannot take any accountability nor do they have any decency for other people's time & business practices & do not pay for services when they're rendered to them.... he can try & make up whatever reply he wants as I have all the texts from him and his daughter to back this up and if you want the texts you can text me at 518-365-0649 and I will gladly send them all to you, All the texts of him and his daughter sent me calling me vulgar names both knowing & acknowledging they did receive a service from me which was I never paid for much less not having the decency to cancel their appointment they had in the book with me harming my business even more financially,this is how this man & his daughter treats other people & thier small business YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! As, personally I don't understand what he doesn't understand as a small business owner because if he took a day from his business to go to a job and find out that that customer set up with a different business and never notified him maybe he would understand what him and his daughter did to me & my business besides stealing my services that they never paid for that they already received that he and his daughter acknowledge that they received and have my venmo information but still never sent payment but would rather have me post this online so everybody knows who they are - then both of them being vulgar to me for standing by my policies as it is my business & my policies which are clearly written on my website after I have been lied to stolen from & my business was physically harmed financially by neither of them having the decency to cancel the appointment and inform me as well as being verbally abused by both so again you've been forewarned about who you're dealing with when you do business with him...

We had H2O Solutions (Lou and Brian) install a "solution" over 3 years ago. We have had stinky water 90% of the time since installation! Earlier this year we spent an additional $7,000 with H2O with the assurance that the new equipment would solve our problem, and Lou stated that he would refund our money if it didn't. It didn't solve the problem. We called for a service visit for the 15th or 16th time and Brian came to see what was going on. After I expressed my frustration with the system he decided he didn't want to hear any more complaints and left without fixing anything. Wow, how's that for customer service? Maybe that's why they aren't accredited by the Better Business Bureau. There is a similar story from another homeowner on the BBB site. Our new neighbor had H2O install a very similar system and they too are having the same issue.

We were out $5,000 on a water system that did not work.  As important as the system is the installation.  how would youy like to spend $5,000 and
- the water stops flowing - no water!
- sulfur and water that was of poor quality we could not be used to cook with or drink.
- whenever a technician came to try to remediate the issue it was clear that repair required direction from the parent company and they would get guidance on the phone.
-if equipping isn't installed properly - however good or bad the equipment may be -  the system won't be successful and it wasn't.
-they recommended we spend more $ on additional equipment after the initial installation. For example, a clean water tank before the water goes to the Ultra Filtration tank would extend the life of the filtration system that after only a few month degraded. Another example is their statement that to cook or drink the water we would need to pay for a reverse osmosis system.

 We had to have another vendor remove the system and install a completely new system!  It's working but after this company took our $5,000.

 Our recommendation is do your homework better than we did. Buyer beware.  Also, ask yourself do you want a water company to provide, install or maintain your system to high standards or do you want a company that's a water company and a solar panel company.... I guess they think both are installations so why not?  Guess it does't matter the quality of the installation and maintenance as long as people pay.

Installation was quick, but I'm glad I stayed and watched because he removed my water softer and wasn't planning on reinstalling it, Guess he forgot what we talked about. After a month of sputtering from my faucets, washing machine and shower I called to set up an appointment for Lou, the owner, to check it out. Spoke with Gabrielle his assistant to set up an appointment for that Friday at 12 noon. As of 12:40 on the Friday of my appointment nobody showed up or called. I called the office number and Gabrielle answered and said Lou was still at the office and wanted to speak with me. Lou came to the phone, I told him what was happening and he said there really wasn't anything he could do, never heard of that happening before. So now, a month and a half later I still have the sputtering, which I never had before, and will probably hire someone else to check it out for me. I guess once he has your money he is finished.

They work went well, but there were some communication issues.

Everything went smoothly. They were accommodating, punctual, efficient, and professional. The price was excellent and thoroughly explained my options, so I could make the best decision. Highly recommend.

It went very well. They were professional and polite and didn't talk down as they were explaining the water systems in my home. I am very pleased by this company. They were also willing to bill me in 2 installments.

I am estimating the date for installation. I know it was around that time. I really have tried to forget about this company as much as possible. Thank goodness I do not live there any longer dealing with them or their systems.

It is hard to get someone to call you back from this company, unless you are giving them money or setting up installation. Once the installation is complete, good luck getting someone to call you back if there is an issue. The communication between who ever answers the phone and who ever is working out in the field is ridiculous to say the least. I would never do business with these people again. Also, they will tell you everything is approved if you are financing this system and install it before you are actually approved for anything. Then of course they will in-house finance with a ridiculous interest rate or you can pay cash. At this point you are stuck because it is already installed. If I could pay cash I would not have asked to finance in the first place. They also charge over 200 dollars for the replacement filters. If you try to buy them through another provider and do it yourself for less than half the cost it voids your warranty. They don't bother to tell you that during there little demonstration. I absolutely could not stand working with this company and would tell others to run.

On a side note, when my husband went in to make the last payment on this mess the owner asked him if he would like to work for them part-time selling the systems. Can you believe that? Guess you really don't need any qualifications or experience with these type of systems to work there. Really explains a lot.

Lou and is crew are excellent. They showed up on time and delivered exactly what they promised. There was no mess left behind. And did a proper follow up call.
I trust this man with my water system and so can you.

Our previous system from culligan was no longer functioning properly after many years of service. The main problem with our water is a high iron content ~ 6.5 ppm. This resulted in iron bacteria in the system and a smell of rotten eggs, which we thought was sulphur. Lou (owner) spent time analyzing our situation over couple of visits and recommended a sanitizer. I appreciated the science he used and he sufficiently addressed my concerns. His solution addressed all the problems we were having and our water quality is better than it has ever been. The installation was scheduled quickly and went smoothly considering the amount of work that had to be done to remove the existing equipment, install the new system and complete the service we requested.

Can't believe how much a water softener has reduced the amount of mineral build up on all my appliances.
Had the Aqua 9 filter system hooked up to both my sink (in a separate faucet) and the refrigerator. It's great to have good tasting water without the chlorine.

We had 3 different companies come analyze our water and existing system and give us an estimate on a new system. The owner, Lou, actually came to do the initial water test and analysis of our setup. He was extremely knowledgeable about water treatment and was able to explain the science of how it all works in layman's terms so that I was able to understand exactly what he was talking about.
Lou gave us estimates on two different systems, one that he said he would get if it were his house and a second which didn't include a component that I didn't know if we wanted or not. Of the three estimates we received Lou was the only one who suggested that we get a new pressure tank and pressure switch. The price was in the middle of the three estimates we had but we felt that H2O offered the best system for our needs.
H2O also was able to move their schedule around to get our system installed the NEXT DAY after we decided we were going with them. They did an excellent job with the installation of the new system, re plumbing from the entrance of the house to the new system and the removal of the old system. We're very happy with the work they did, the new system and are especially happy with the higher (nearly double) water pressure.
As far as negatives, I would have to nitpick a bit but they could have done a slightly better job cleaning up leaving a gatorade bottle and a tarp on the floor. Obviously very minor. They removed the entire old system so that was way more work than picking up a water bottle and a tarp.

Did not use them because once i told them that i had already bought the water softner, they no longer wanted to help me because i wasnt buying their stuff.
