"[Member Name Removed] - It is very disheartening that you would try to sabotage a small business by leaving several negative reviews and sending multiple people to 'flood' our page with negative reviews on your behalf. For clarification, we did not "take more money than work complete and run". After you breached the contract when you withheld payment on multiple occasions, the uncertainty became too much and the contract was terminated justly. We were going to return to finish installing the doors that were delivered however in response to our termination letter, you let us know that we were not welcome to return to your property. The pictures you have posted are while construction was ongoing. Please stop trying to depict that we left your property in a cluttered stated, as that is not true. The pictures with garbage displayed was not garbage left behind. We made piles while working and they were put in dumpsters and removed accordingly. The picture showing electrical wires is from the day the wall was demoed. The electrical being located inside this wall was unforeseen and the soonest we could get our electrician on site took longer than you were willing to wait. We did offer an electrician, you decided to move forward with finding your own, and then tried to deduct that cost from our contract. If you had just had a little patience, we could have gotten the issue resolved at a fraction of the price of whom you engaged with. We wish Google allowed us to include pictures in this response to show the correct state that your property was left in. In addition to the above, there was also plenty of additional work that was provided to you, at no charge, to make you and Anthony happy and keep the project moving along. You two changed your mind on things on several occasions after work already started. All of the work that we provided for you was inspected and passed by the Town of Ballston and we have our Certificate of Compliance to support that. The only negative reviews that we have are from you, your significant other Mr. Anthony [Member Name Removed], and the several people you have sent to leave reviews on your behalf. In regard to BBB, the only complaint again is from you. It is saddening that before the termination letter was provided, y'all were inquiring about having us build a garage after we completed the addition and even suggested paying us in full instead of our standard progress payment. But now, you have nothing but negative things to say. We're sorry things had to end the way they did and are committed to ensuring our customers have a positive experience. We take pride in our work and work hard to not only have customers but create long lasting client relationships."
