"This company is amazing! I can't actually say enough good things about them. From the beginning the owner came out and measured the space. He was very professional and just an overall great guy! One thing that stood out about this company; once they give you the quote, it does not change, no matter what they find. So you can rest easy that you will only pay for what you were originally quoted. On the lead up to the project, the communication was top notch. We easily coordinated materials, start dates and project completion dates. On the first day of the project, everyone arrived on time. The company owner, his foreman and the installation crew arrived. "I was very leery about using a contractor since I have had a few bad experiences, but I decided to give him a try. I liked talking to him over the phone and he seemed like a very friendly and good guy to work with. He was outstanding!!! I showed him my original project which was to replace some bad tiles and while I was showing him the job I mentioned a few other jobs I needed to do and his prices seemed reasonable. He finished the tile project and did an awesome job. Then I had him reseal and redo my other shower. While it was drying he asked me if I had anything else I wanted him to do since I had mentioned a few other things. I asked him about the additional cost and he said he would just do it for me which was incredible. Because of him I now have my bathroom tiles done, my shower is taken care of, kitchen faucet is now replaced and my pipes under the sink are all set. I have had an issue with the plumbing for a long time and now because of Joe it is working great. I can't say enough good things about Joe other than I really think of him as a friend that I would trust to do any job for me. I can't recommend him enough. "Tom arrived a little early for both appointments. 1st one was to check out the job, needed materials, etc. 2nd one was to do the repair. Unfortunately, the sheetrock under the tiles had gotten wet & deteriorated so that he couldn't complete the job without having to completely rebuild the structure. Gave me an excellent quote for tearout and replacement (tiles extra). Would have gone with him but my landlord brought in her tile man and gave him the job.
