Patriarch Remodeling

We hired Kevin Conway to remove a tired old blue tub surround from 1981 and old small ceramic tile floor from our upstairs bathroom. He did all that demolition work and then replaced the tub and walls with a beautiful modern look and the floor with larger Prego tile flooring. Kevin did a wonderful job! Though we kept the existing toilet and vanity with sink, it looks like a brand new bathroom! Kevin is an extremely talented professional. His work was impeccable and he left the entire space clean afterwards. In addition, Kevin was pleasant and friendly. It truly was a great experience and we recommend him highly!

Itâ s apparent from the time of estimate, that Kevin knows what he is doing. He takes the time to thoroughly explain the estimate, and open to exploring other options. Following along and seeing the progress everyday, it was obvious his work was quality. Kevin is very knowledgeable in his field, and went the extra mile. No short cuts were taken. Patriarch Remodeling (Kevin) did a fantastic job with our master bathroom remodel. He always made sure to ask our input for the tiniest details to make sure it was perfect for us. He had great recommendations to make sure our bathroom was not only beautiful but that it was constructed well for long term. When part of our initial idea wasn't financially feasible due to our house structure, he worked with us to find creative solutions. He always cleaned up after a day's work and was very tidy, allowing us not have to relocate to the couch while he was working. We really appreciated how he was passionate about the end quality of the remodel and cannot recommend this business enough.

In January we bought a home that was well maintained but needed the master bathroom to come out of the 90s. We contacted several companies for estimates and went with Patriarch Remodeling. We canâ t begin to tell you how pleased we are with the work Kevin did for us. He actually listened to what we were hoping to do with our remodel. Not only did he do amazing work, he went above and beyond our expectations. He offered suggestions, always kept us updated, continued to verify exactly what we wanted throughout the process and genuinely cares about his craft. Not to mention how reasonable his pricing is. Kevinâ s company may be a newer business but he offers years of experience. If youâ re considering any home improvements, consider going with a small business that puts bigger name companies to shame with the work he does, consider going with someone who takes pride in his work and enjoys what heâ s doing for his customers.

Kevin was able to adapt to changes in the project without hesitation and finished the job quickly. The craftsmanship of his work is amazing. He is now my go-to contractor and I plan to hire him for multiple things in the future!

He kept us informed every step Of the way, and made sure we could visualize what he was recommending and it was exactly what we wanted. He checked in several times throughout the process, and he turned my bathroom into something even better than I had in my mind. Extremely pleased and would hire him again.

Kevin recently renovated our guest bathroom that was previously a stand-alone shower to now include a bathtub for our little one. He also demoed the old tile, replaced it with sheetrock, installed new flooring, added a new light fixture, toilet and installed a vanity. Kevin is just a good person who cares about his customers, which was obvious from the first time we met. He was kind, respectful, and thoughtful throughout the entire process from the quote to the last day on the job. Kevin provided advice and guidance but never pushed anything on us, just offered his suggestions based on his experience. He was very meticulous and detailed and went above beyond to be sure we had everything we wanted. We are so pleased with how the bathroom turned out and feel fortunate to have worked with Kevin and would certainly recommend him to anyone that may be looking to remodel!

We hired Kevin to redo our bathroom. He finished the drywall, installed the tub shower with panel walls, tile floor, installed the toilet, installed the vanity, and hung the mirror. There were many great conversations between us about plans before work began and he was very helpful with bouncing ideas back and forth. We really relied on his experience with installing other bathrooms when making decisions. We also wanted a partial wall on one side of the tub to let in natural light in the shower and he worked with us to get it just right. The paneling he used in the shower is very nice and something you wont find at a box store. We LOVE IT! We were thinking tile but Kevin mentioned the paneling was easier to maintain but we were sure since we didnt like what weve seen at the box stores for paneling. We trusted his judgement and chose the basket weave (if I recall that right) with a matte finish. Again, we used his experience when picking the color of the shelves and even the color of the tub. There were so many choices but we felt like his experience really helped us make good decisions, everything looks so nice all together. Were also glad we chose the paneling, its so nice. He was also right; it is very easy to clean. It is our favorite part of the bathroom. Kevin also recommended extending the paneling to the ceiling and we love that recommendation too! Such a small detail but when youre in the shower it feels so large. Between the feeling of it being large in a very small bathroom and the quality of the tub and panels, you feel like youre on vacation, a little getaway. He also helped us customize the shelves in the shower and helped us decide the spacing the shelves. there are so many decisions to be made when remodeling a bathroom and Kevin helped us when we were not what we should chose. Kevin helped us by visually showing us where he could place them. We really felt like our experience was customized and didnt work with someone who is just going through the motions to get things done quickly, very refreshing. Kevin really focused on details and the results really show this in the quality of his work. We also love the insulated tub he recommended, when we give our daughter her bath, it stays warm much longer. We love our tile floors too. We had already gotten the floor before hiring Kevin but he showed us different options by laying them out for us, which made the decision easier by seeing the options in the actual space. Keven worked at a great pace and we asked him to do some additional work as a result of his great work. He helped us with installing our kitchen sink and dishwasher, as well as, finishing up some other drywall and plumbing in the house. We highly recommend Kevin from Patriarch Remodeling! He is so personable without it distracting him from his work. He cleaned up everything and our bathroom was ready to be used when he was done. We get so many compliments on our bathroom and I know youll love his work too!
