"Tom at Custom Tile Solutions did a stellar job on the floor tile for my mother-in-law's walkout basement. Before we contacted Tom, we were in a terrible mess where a previous contractor had installed uneven tile with messy grout...not only did the other contractor's work look horrible, but the tile was sticking up so high in some places that it was a tripping hazard. Needless to say, we fired the other contractor! After we found Tom, he met with us quickly and helped us with a game plan for the best way to correct the situation (which in this case was to remove the existing tile and apply a self-leveling concrete before starting with the new tile). He was transparent and honest about the process right from the start all the way through the project's completion. And we are more than happy with the quality of his workmanship and the look of the finished installation. Also important, both Tom and his assisting crew member were clean, professional, and hard-working. If there's anything we've learned from the experience, it is that it is more than worth it to use a specialized professional for tile installation...and Tom is the cream of the crop!"

They scheduled their work time around my schedule and were willing to go out of their way to do the very best job for me. Very fair pricing. They will be doing other jobs for me."

"Tom arrived a little early for both appointments. 1st one was to check out the job, needed materials, etc. 2nd one was to do the repair. Unfortunately, the sheetrock under the tiles had gotten wet & deteriorated so that he couldn't complete the job without having to completely rebuild the structure. Gave me an excellent quote for tearout and replacement (tiles extra). Would have gone with him but my landlord brought in her tile man and gave him the job.
