It took a week to get the tiles but he came over the next weekend on his own time and did a beautiful job and even picked up the tile and grout saving me a trip. One thing that stood out about this company; once they give you the quote, it does not change, no matter what they find. So you can rest easy that you will only pay for what you were originally quoted. On the lead up to the project, the communication was top notch. We easily coordinated materials, start dates and project completion dates. On the first day of the project, everyone arrived on time. The company owner, his foreman and the installation crew arrived. "Tom at Custom Tile Solutions did a stellar job on the floor tile for my mother-in-law's walkout basement. Before we contacted Tom, we were in a terrible mess where a previous contractor had installed uneven tile with messy grout...not only did the other contractor's work look horrible, but the tile was sticking up so high in some places that it was a tripping hazard. Needless to say, we fired the other contractor! After we found Tom, he met with us quickly and helped us with a game plan for the best way to correct the situation (which in this case was to remove the existing tile and apply a self-leveling concrete before starting with the new tile).
