The demolition phase went smoothly and Tom worked carefully to minimize noise and dust. The project included bathroom floor tile, custom shower basin with seat and shower wall tiles. All work was done to exacting standards and the result was outstanding. Tom completed the job within the time frame he quoted and departed the work site taking all leftover materials with him. The owner of the company, Connor, met with us at our property and discussed the work needed, potential materials and other considerations. He worked WITH us to fully develop the project plan to deliver our vision. Connor was onsite daily, paid attention to detail and communicated effectively. We now have unified walkways integrated with a raised bed garden in a beautiful color way that properly drains water away from the house’s foundation. Also thanks to Connor’s knowledge of hardscaping and observation of parking issues on our property, the paved area near the driveway was installed to handle the weight of a car driving over it.
