"We had a sewer line blockage emergency, and the JSP plumber (Damon) responded immediately and provided a same-day estimate. The work was completed a few days later, as scheduled and described, but was very much on the pricey side (the reason for the 3.5 value rating). Damon and his assistant were highly competent and professional, and did excellent work. We might have negotiated a better price and pursued competing offers, but given the "emergency" nature of the problem we went with JSP.
