He displayed wonderful customer service, he was reliable and extremely professional. In all frankness, the mold inspector I had was somewhat difficult and overly demanding in his report as to how the remediation needed to be performed. Steve did not agree with some of the recommendations (same for another re mediator I did not use). He spoke to the inspector a few times over the telephone and although he was in disagreement with two of the inspector's recommendations, Steve maintained a professional and calm demeanor and assured me and the inspector that he stands behind his work.
