"This is a long overdue review and brought to my attention by Mike when he requested a review for a retaining wall just completed. Three years ago MFS Masonry reconstructed our pool deck and pool area. I did not know what exactly I wanted except that I wanted it to look great. He has such experience that he was able to suggest a lovely plan for the deck to surround our 16 by 32 in ground pool and river rock for landscaping. His crew worked tirelessly breaking up and removing concrete, shaping and reinforcing for the new concrete deck, and making it look perfect. They were prompt and respectful of our property and completed the job in two or three days. More to point, that pool job was the third time they did a job for us. Can't recommend them enough."

"The crew arrived on the planned date and worked diligently.  They were knowledgeable about the issues of an old house and knew exactly what they were doing.  They had to carry out the debris (concrete and dirt), and bring in the material and equipment by hand.  They were careful to partition off the part of the basement where they worked and keep dust and dirt from going out of the work area. The crew did a great job in making sure the work sites were cleaned up and everything was done right.  A truck had to come back 2 days later to finish up the river rock in the outside trench, as they had run out of material.  The yard, considering how difficult it was to dig the trench away from the house, was in very good shape.  There were tree roots ans shale that made things difficult and required  a jackhammer at times.
 It was a difficult and messy job that they did wonderfully, inside and outside. I have been very pleased with the work and there has been no problems with water or excessive dampness in the basement."

"R. Stanley Paving are very easy to work with. The guy who was in charge was very professional and the workers were great. However, the driveway was not flat. It was left with divots. We called them back to get it corrected. They were supposed to come back and fix it. They came back but the divots were not fixed to my satisfaction. It's not that I'm so demanding. It's that now, when it rains, I have puddles in my driveway, which I wanted to avoid, because they turn into ice puddles in the winter. When they came back to fix it, they said they would be back the next day to put the top sealant coat on. They never came back. The invoice has a warranty that says they'll repair it free for five years."

Benny did an excellent job. The first day they came to “prep” the driveway. The next day they came to lay the asphalt down. They came on time both days and worked fast and efficiently. They had 5 guys and all the proper equipment for the job. The guys worked professionally and did an amazing job. My driveway looks so good that my next-door neighbor had Chris and DeGroodt do their driveway the next day."
