Frank and his crew were great! He gave us an estimate, showed up on the date scheduled with a full crew, and was finished in one day. He stayed on the job personally all day. Did a good job grading, laid a thick, sturdy base, and then a 3" compacted asphalt. Paid special attention to the edges. Driveway looks beautiful, and we've been happy. Frank and team do QUALITY work with a capital Q. I was putting a new driveway on top of a 30 year old driveway. The prep was meticulous, they arrived on time, and the final details - the tapering of the asphalt on the edges and by the entrance, the leveling by the driveway concrete, etc, was all near perfect.

The folks at All County did a great job and considering this was done during one of the worst heat waves in the Hudson Valley, they completed the job on time and on budget. Frank came by to give an estimate in late August and advised that he was booked until October 3 if we wanted to use him. We decided to hire him and on October 3, he came as scheduled and did a very nice job on the driveway. We intended to use another local paving company for this job and we couldn't even get them to come and give an estimate. Frank's price was fair and we are so far very happy with a smooth driveway instead of our pot hole filled mess.

Excellent. Frank came on the day he said he would. He and his 11, yes 11, guys, two huge dump trucks, paver, rollers etc. resurfaced (w/tack coat) our 7600 sq ft driveway in one day, including repairing a few big cracks. We get compliments on the driveway from everyone that comes to our house.

I was very nervous about hiring another paving company-the last time I was ripped off--but Frank, the owner showed up himself for the estimate, and he squeezed me into his schedule to do the work even faster than anticipated. He showed up with his crew early, and spent the entire day with them, managing and making sure that everything was done to his own high standard. He even detected a problem that I wasn't aware of-water was running into my garage. He has fixed that issue. During the work he even came out and told me that the previous paver had done a really good job on the base, so he didn't need to use as much stone-so he would take money off the estimate. Who does that?? Only the most honest of people! I am enjoying my gorgeous new driveway and feel confident that I will hire All County again when I need more work done.

Frank and his crew are professional and detail oriented. They arrived on time and got right to work. They did not rush and took the time to ensure the job was done correctly, even though it meant staying longer than originally anticipated. Our driveway was in rough shape with a hump and steep decline. Frank took his time to grade the driveway to remove the large hump, reduce the decline, and ensure water would never run anywhere near the house. He laid a solid item four base that he compacted multiple times. They took their time with the blacktop and paid close attention to the edging of the driveway, going around the house and garage, meeting the driveway with the road, and not being afraid to use as much blacktop as needed to do the job correctly. When laying the blacktop, they did all the edges by hand and were constantly inspecting and compacting by hand. They finished the driveway using multiple rollers. I would recommend and hire Frank and All County Pavers again without hesitation. They did excellent work at a fair price.

Frank is very professional. When given an estimate while at work, he called to confirm the work needed. The day before work started, he stopped in again to look over the job and called (while at work, again) to reconfirm. He and his crew showed up on time, did the work right, and completed when he had estimated. It was a very pleasant experience.

Frank the owner is the best, He knows his work and takes pride in it. The workers were very hard workers, but more important is their knowledge of what needed to be done and when, without having to be given direction. All County is a well oiled machine. It was a pleasure having them, no problems. They worked as a team.

My process began with quoting 4 local driveway contractors. Briggs Paving, R.Stanley Paving, J.W.. Smith Paving and All County Paving. All promptly replied with the exception of J.W. Smith who did not return my call for quote. Frank Verona from All County Paving offered valuable insight pertaining to my specific material and installation process requests along with the most competitive price quote. I scheduled Frank and his crew to begin work on Monday June 19th. The week before we planned to begin Frank called to say that he was running ahead of schedule and asked if he could begin the rip out of the old driveway on Sat. June 17th. which I happily approved. The crew worked all day on Saturday and well into the evening until they completed the rip out at 9pm. The following Monday June 19, the crew arrived at 7am and immediately began preparing the base. This included pitching and grading the existing base. Installing a full coverage layer of Geo Textile fabric to improve ground stability and aggregate separation. (My base has a high clay content.) Then followed with a minimum 4" compacted of Item 4 gravel. This was pitched, graded and compacted. Once compacted, Frank felt that there were a few areas that were still "soft" and he felt the best corrective action was to leave the gravel exposed to the elements to harden up. We delayed paving until Aug 7th. During this time Frank stopped over several times to monitor how the base was firming up. On Aug 7th Frank and his crew arrived at 7am. Weather predictions for that day called for heavy rains later in the day so we agreed to postpone paving one more day. Frank and the crew returned again at 7am on Tuesday to begin the paving process. After some gravel touch ups he put down a minimum of 2 1/2" compacted of course grade binder, using their power paver and compacted using his vibraroller. Once this binder layer was complete, he then began to apply a minimum of 1 1/2" compacted fine grade top coat asphalt using the power paver and vibraroller. The top edge of my driveway required a hand formed curb which was perfectly formed and blends smoothly with the top layer. The entire top layer consistency is uniform and smooth with no seam lines or cold joints. The perimeter edge of the driveway was hand tamped to a nice uniform champher. Everything was done and cleaned up by 4pm. Frank recommended that we not use the driveway for 3 to 4 days to allow it to firm up and cure. I held off using it for 1 week. I would highly recommend Frank and All County Paving for any asphalt paving projects.

The job went according to plan. Kept original scheduled date. Completed job in one day. Very personable. Kept in touch via phone & text. Will be returning to Sealcoat next spring. Extremely satisfied. Didn't hesitate to provide name & number to neighbors.

I can't say enough about the job that this company has done for me.  I have a 400 foot driveway that was gravel and in sorry need of repair.  Frank came in with his crew and did a wonderful job grading, putting in a new base, and paving the driveway.  He and his crew were both professional, courteous, and friendly.  His price was very reasonable for the work that was done and his was the only company that I had contacted who gave me a warranty.  If a driveway could be compared to art this would certainly be a masterpiece.  I would recommend Frank and his company highly to anyone.

Just had my driveway done from Frank and his crew. They did a great job, and was within a reasonable price range as all other pavers around here (I got six estimates before choosing Frank. He was not the cheapest, but I went on Angie's list and he was the highest rated). The reviews from Angie's List he got was on point. He really does care about his final product as if it was his own driveway. I highly recommend All County Paving. The job Frank and his crew exceeded what my expectations were.

I have no complaints about them at all, they were great. They were very fair, they did the work in the time frame they said it would. They came when they said they would. The workers were very good.
