Great Point Pressure Wash & Soft Wash

Our house looks brand new after Jake& service, not only the vinyl shingles, window frames, and back deck but also our unsightly concrete porch and exterior cultured stone (which even white vinegar would not remove.) We were so impressed by his assessment that we did not feel the need to birddog him as he worked. (He even moved all the deck furniture for us...which we intended to move ourselves but he beat us to it...) Very good value for the dollar. Honest. Recommend 1000%. Jake was absolutely wonderful and a pleasure to work with. We needed to have our house pressure washed to rid it of very unsightly green algae prior to the installation of a new roof. Jake was the first contractor to contact me to come over and provide an estimate. He was so pleasant from the first phone call and in person and very willing to meet our strict deadline, that I turned down several other estimate requests. The work that he did was exceptional. He took the time to do a 2nd walk-around to make sure that we were on the same page of the work to be done. He arrived on the agreed date and earlier than expected. When he was done, our house looked brand new. Our beige colored siding popped, and the porch and patio looked brand new, all the green algae was gone and as a bonus, my windows and screens were clean. I am more than pleased and satisfied with his work. So much in fact, I suggested that he leave a yard sign so my neighbors would know where to find him.
