Jeff and his crew came in every day and performed their job - left end of the day everything clean and organized - not a mess. They went above and beyond and accommodated changes that I requested that were not part of original quote without adding to our cost. Jeff was courteous, helpful, on time, and worked on weekends as well to make sure job was done in given time frame. they even finished 2 weeks before they had estimated (was told 8 weeks, he finished in 6 weeks. I will definitely be hiring Northgate again in the future once I can afford to do more work to my house. I would 100% recommend Northgate to anyone looking for a contractor. Their team is professional, polite and hardworking to make sure the job is done to exceed our standards. Last year we had our 10'x20' flat garage roof removed and converted to a gabled room. The flat roof became a maintenance nightmare and we had it converted. They also replaced the gutter system on the garage and painted the garage door. This year, the Nunez crew completely removed our concrete driveway, re-sloped and replaced the concrete. In addition they removed a rusty, broken fence and replaced it. Great job as usual. Getting on their calendar for our 2020 jobs!"

"We hired Abdul, of RRS Builders, to take over a stalled deck construction and installation project from a previous contractor who had disappeared with our money. We had a hard time finding someone to take over the partially-started, messy job, requiring many corrections. We found RRS through the subcontractor who had fabricated the frame of the deck, and had also been robbed by the first contractor. Before signing a contract, we thoroughly researched RRS and Abdul through a private investigator, who found no problems. Abdul corrected all of the first contractor's mistakes and built us a beautiful deck in just a couple weeks. His crew was reliable, meticulous, and respectful and his pricing was reasonable. DOB immediately approved the deck on our land marked building without any issues. We would love to work with Abdul again and will go to RRS immediately with any future jobs."
