"Called and gave a scope of the work and was given a quote which I accepted. The guys showed up at exactly 8am as promised. Placed tarps in the work area and out to the front door. Proceeded to do the work removing old stairs and framing out the ceiling. Installed new stairs in place. Kept me appraised as to their progress. Completed the job on time. Cleaned up the work area. Mack is very knowledgeable and he got his level out and showed me that the left side of my porch was two inches lower than the right side. I knew my left column was rotting but I was not sure about the wooden supports I could not see beneath the decking boards. Mack assessed the situation and advised pouring concrete footers and replacing only the columns and supports that needed to be replaced on the porch.
