We had a hard time finding someone to take over the partially-started, messy job, requiring many corrections. We found RRS through the subcontractor who had fabricated the frame of the deck, and had also been robbed by the first contractor. Before signing a contract, we thoroughly researched RRS and Abdul through a private investigator, who found no problems.
