"The owner and his crew was professional and courteous and most of all very clean. Mr. Lionel took care of small projects such as replacing door hinges which was not on the list. I would recommend him to anyone who needs work done at their house. Looking forward to hiring this company again to complete drywall in other rooms. Sign "Rosie""

"Robert is a trustworthy and skilled professional. Our family has engaged his services on multiple occasions -- most recently to install flooring in our basement -- and plan to do so in the future for additional remodeling work. Robert and team are reliable and perform great work (at a great value)."

"Hired Greg for a full gut and remodel of a bathroom. Greg was very competent, personable, and took the time to understand exactly what we wanted. He made us feel like we were in good hands. He took the time to make sure things were done the right way. The result was top notch, couldn't have asked for more. I would definitely use this company again!"

"After my family and I decided to move back to the old Queens house I grew up in to live above my mom, we quickly realized there were many things that needed to be repaired. I've counted on Nunez Construction and Painting for all of it. The first job they did was to repair some siding on the house. Prior to our move, we then wanted to gut and remodel the second floor apartment where we live. Mr. Nunez and his crew did a great job. More recently, our basement became flooded with sewage. We called him again to help with this project and install a new floor. We are always very satisfied customers. The work is great and reasonably priced. We can't thank him enough for being a wonderful person and company to work with."

"The owner, Jakob, was amazing to deal with. He was punctual, helpful, reliable, and honest, which is hard to find these days. He also helped us design the whole project including helping us pick the cabinets, countertops, vanity, and tiles, he has great eyes for this. I will call him again when we are ready to finish the basement."

"I hired Metropolitan Paint to build bookcases with library lighting, a hidden pantry closet, install new bathroom fixtures & paint. Their work was outstanding. Kenny checked in on the project daily, everyone showed when they said they were going to show up, they stayed on schedule and - most importantly - my Superintendent made a point of telling me how impressed he was with everyone's professionalism and will be recommending them for future projects in the building. No easy feat for a persnickety UES building that can try the patience of the kindest souls. I would absolutely recommend Metropolitan Paint to anyone for any job."

"Great! It turned out beautifully. I wouldn't have anyone else do my construction work. They are simply the best! It's really nice to see the owner of the company working side by side with his crews. He cares and he is honest and provides the highest quality of work. And they won't try to charge you for stuff you don't actually need. I already plan to hire him again in the future. I would highly recommend this company to ANYONE!"

"Interior Source transformed my bathroom into a dream space. I initially hired them to renovate the bathroom, and I was so impressed with their professionalism and the quality of their work that I decided to have them renovate the entire basement as well. The results were exactly what I had envisioned—if not better. They exceeded my expectations, even addressing a pipe that was incorrectly pitched—a problem I hadn’t noticed. The team completed the project on time, and despite my busy work schedule, I felt completely comfortable trusting Interior Source with my home. What stood out most was their willingness to address all my concerns and go beyond the contract by fixing various issues that weren’t included in the original scope of work. Throughout the project, they offered valuable assistance and provided alternative solutions that enhanced my vision. Although I am satisfied with the outcome, they assured me they would return to address any repair issues or concerns if needed, which gives me great peace of mind. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is truly unmatched, and I can’t wait to have them remodel the main level of my home next."
