"Luigi was a pleasure. His prices were not the highest, not the lowest, but when I met him for an estimate, he struck me as the most dependable, reasonable contractor to hire. That impression turned out to be true. In negotiating the price during the estimate, he kept a big picture point of view and didn't nickle and dime the smaller components of the job. For example, after agreeing on a price, as we walked to my porch to sign the contract, he noticed the bricks on my front steps could use some pointing and said he'd take of that at no additional charge. When the city decided to chop up the sidewalk to replace a gas line the day after we signed our contract, Luigi was very accommodating and split the job into thirds (something in my experience contractors don't like to do) to work around them. Luigi was on site during each day of work supervising his crew of two to three guys. He repaired and extended an existing retaining wall and coated the cement work with stucco to match the original wall. He replaced the front section of my driveway, and when the city ended up replacing the driveway apron which they demolished during the gas line replacement, but, which was also part of my contract with Luigi, Luigi actually refunded me a portion of the agreed-upon price. Luigi is honest, professional, and seems to me to know his trade. I'm very happy with his work and would highly recommend him."

"Sal and his crew were great. I had ripped up my deck and wanted to add to my existing patio. Also had my small built in island grill expanded to a larger L shape bar and it came out great. Had a nice overhang attached to the house installed on space that was being wasted. Him and his crew were prompt, neat, friendly and worked their butts off. "I hired Thiago and company to fix pavers on both driveway and patio, the job went very well, took the time to remove, replace bedding and put back the pavers in a professional way, without the need to buy more pavers which are very hard to find as they are old. Also, laying down Belgium block in front-walkway was nice and looked awesome. What surprised me Is the after service, when I called Thiago to report a small issue due to the heavy rain we had right after they finish the job, he sent in his crew and took care of it in the same day I called. He called before and after his guys showed up to fix the issue. All in all it was a very pleasant experience I got my job done on time and looks amazing. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Honestly I have never dealt with a contractor that is so honest and caring like Thiago!"

They fixed the leaking faucet and replaced the wood under the sink. In addition, they replaced the doors and replaced the water heater. This was all done in a timely manner and was efficient.
