What surprised me Is the after service, when I called Thiago to report a small issue due to the heavy rain we had right after they finish the job, he sent in his crew and took care of it in the same day I called. They fixed the leaking faucet and replaced the wood under the sink. In addition, they replaced the doors and replaced the water heater. This was all done in a timely manner and was efficient.
