Nick Fiore was our project manager and we have nothing but great things to say about him and this company. Nick was very honest, personable, and detail oriented. He took the time to explain our options, answered all our questions and all phone calls were always promptly returned. He was super patient when I kept going back and forth over color choices for both the roof and the siding or whether to choose vinyl vs. composite…we decided to go with composite based on Nick’s recommendation - amazing product – so happy we went with it! We acquired other quotes when we were in the preliminary stages of deciding on a company, and as is usually the case, some prices were higher and some were lower. Right off the bat, Nick took the time to sit with us and go over all the contracts to make sure we were comparing “apples to apples”. They listened to our concerns, took the time to explain everything and went out of their way to satisfy all of our needs. Vinny even took the time to come out before starting the job so that he could view the road after a heavy rain so he would be able to see the issues in person and advise us on how to best alleviate the ponding.
