"We hired Brian to do the studs remodel of a bathroom that had not been touched. It is a small bathroom in a 100-year-old house so it was not an easy project. Brian was over to give an estimate very quickly after initial contact. He was helpful, informative and low pressure. The work started right on time. I felt safe with the crew in our house while we were at work. They were great with our PITA German shepherd dog. Brian helped us quite a bit on overall design and materials since we did not have a set design in mind. We thought it came out nicer than we could have imagined. The work was done in the time he estimated and stayed on budget. We have had pretty bad luck with flaky contractors, and he came through in every way that previous workers had not, following through on little things even after the project was over. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
