Had some difficulty getting the painter to finish the job. I had a one sf section of ceiling that had previous water damage. The paint did not cover well and he tried to fix it. When it dried, he did not want to initially come back to fix it. Certainly Pro sent him out again and he sanded it, but left it to me to give it two coats of paint. He provided the paint, I did the labor (20 minutes) and I still paid full price. But it looks good. If I had not this issue, I would have given a higher rating. They were also suppose to show up on a Monday morning. Got a call later that night saying they would be there the next day. Not starting off on the right foot.

I contracted this company through Angi and I was expecting a professional service which clearly I did not get, they did not have the ability to complete the job and provide resolutions to the issues that I have.

Interior paint job. Took a lot of prodding to get answers and on the schedule. Communication could use some work. Painters were excellent. They were friendly, experienced, and went above and beyond what I expected.

From start to finish of the process went smoothly and timely. Customer service was outstanding. The gentlemen on site were very professional and went above and beyond. I would rehire them in the future.

Power washed the home first to remove lichen and then did an excellent job painting our home. Very careful of our plantings and removed and reinstalled down spouts. Filed the holes we found in our siding, before painting. Definitely a five star job and crew. Pete, Cohoes, NY

Be very careful in how you rate and select these guys. CeratPro is franchised so they are not all created equal. I will start by saying the guy that actually came out to do the work was fantastic (but they are all subcontractors anyway). First they had a woman named Angi come out to do an assessment. She was nice enough but after 4 follow ups, she never got back to me. Then I called the office and they had no record of Angie coming out and could never get a hold of her after 2 more calls (In reflection, probably should have stopped there). Then Ted came out and did the same assessment. I did get a quote that day, which was good. Then i never heard from him again and was told I could have things done the first of June. Right before they start I get an email that they are short staffed for a few reasons. it happens, but then I had to hound them over and over again to find out when they WOULD be coming. Then after a bunch of back and forth with the office on when, I called Ted 2 times and left messages that I would like to talk to him about how things were going. No call back. During the project, they never checked in to see how things were going which after all the problems I had would have been nice. Then when we finally got everything squared away, they were having "computer problems" and had the wrong quote/invoice. Very disorganized and just not one to care much about their customers

I have not dealt with this company yet. The original review on home advisor was not written by me, but rather by home advisor. If that’s how they do it their reviews are a scam.

He's a little expensive, but damI'll neverhavevto fix what he did or ever. His work is super detailed hexoes this GS people over look and he uses magnofiers

The owner came to do the estimate. He was polite and on time, nothing bad to say about him he was great. We did not have this job done but had to put in something for each item in the survey. I wanted to have a popcorn ceiling painted. The ceiling has ladder access to the attic that did not need to be painted. The estimate for *Rolling* this ceiling was $378. They said this was discounted because it was a small job, and their regular minimum price is $500. If you have a small project, I would not advise getting an estimate unless you have unlimited income.

Harry and his team met our deadline, they did not hesitate to work late after hours. Our house has numerous interior brick walls and cathedral ceilings, and they did a great job to cover with butter pecan color over some dark blue and brown walls. I highly recommend Harry and his team at CertaPro.

Terrible. Painter missed an area that I did not notice before he left. Iâ ve been trying to get them to send someone out to finish the job and they canâ t seem to make it happen. Itâ s a job that will take ten minutes. I would do it myself but donâ t want to get up on the roof. Scheduler keeps telling me they are sending someone and I donâ t hear from her. Iâ m calling her everyday and she keeps telling me sheâ s working on it. It really doesnâ t matter to them since they got my money already.
