Bennett was happy to do so and worked quite well with them, I'm reasonably certain any and all delays were the fault of the insurance company due to their red tape existence. All windows eventually needed to be replaced, of course after the insurance company INSISTED the ones that were torqued be reused. This resulted in a much higher cost than expected, but again, no fault of Bennett's. Steve Shanholtz was the project manager @ Bennett who did an absolutely fantastic job of keeping me updated, making adjustment due to tenant personality conflicts with workers, and keeping on top of the insurance company adjuster

"When we decided to replace our aged picture window with a bay window, we went to home shows and got a variety of quotes and spoke with many different companies in the area. We chose Navco because they weren't the cheapest or the most expensive, but they seemed the most straight-forward and willing to answer questions. They also quoted us to fix the overhang on our front porch, and since both prices were reasonable, we elected to have them do both sets of work. We put in a down-payment, and were told it would be 10-12 weeks for the window to arrive. At week 11 and a half we got a call from them to schedule the service. Everyone who worked at our house, over a full day and a half, was friendly, and when they encountered some unexpected issues during the window replacement (old houses - yeesh!) they dealt with them, and didn't screw us over on the final bill, even though they'd had to bring in more guys for an extra half-day that wasn't part of the original quote. We're very happy with the window and with our new front porch, and we'd definitely recommend them to anyone who needed service.

"What a painless experience this was! Joe came to review my job quickly after my initial contact with him. He reviewed the work to be done, explained in detail what he and his crew would do. He showed past jobs (which looked beautiful but were far more complicated than mine, fortunately). Joe was patient with me as I choose colors and he explained the extra measures he always uses to ensure the roof would stay weather tight and look good for a long time to come. His crew came early, stayed late, and cleaned up every speck of rubbish from the job. They even gently shook my bushes to make sure all the little scraps were cleaned up. I won’t be needing a new roof for a long time but I wouldn’t hesitate for a minute to use NML Contracting & Roofing again.

The price was very competitive and I was particularly impressed that as the job evolved, Don would point out suggestions to make nuanced adjustments to the project that enhanced the results. Whenever, there was an unexpected curveball based on the existing house design, he thoroughly explained what it was and how they were adjusting to resolve it. I was also extremely impressed that he has a permanent, full-time crew, and not only was he present on the site every day, he often personally worked on aspects of the job and explaining to the younger guys what he was doing and why.
