When locking my Anderson door the multiple bolting mechanisms jammed, and the handle was stuck and the door would not open. Two friendly and professional gentlemen arrived within twenty minutes of my call. They were familiar with the mechanisms in the Anderson door (which include multiple side bolts and levers), and were able to unjam the multiple bolting mechanisms and open the door. They subsequently also identified the primary problem, whereupon they switched the top and bottom hinges. The door and its mechanisms are now smoother than ever, and everything glides into place when closing and locking it-- it is solid. The one gentleman kindly said "you got lucky" when they were fixing the door (while he and I both thought it was a much bigger problem), and I believe I got lucky when I called Lori Locksmith. I am very pleased and have scheduled them to help with something else in the near future.

My autos ignition switch locked up and unable to start the car. The location prevented a tow truck to come in and remove the vehicle. I called Lori Locksmith , they promptly answered the telephone, took the information and told me that they would call back in a few minutes. On the return call, they told me the price of the repair and the approximate time of their arrival.
The locksmith arrived at the stated time and proceeded to remove parts of the dashboard to get to the ignition switch. After removal, he worked on the locking mechanism and returned it to the car. The car started right up.
John was personable and seemed quite knowledgeable in getting the car back into working condition.

We called yesterday, he was able to meet me today. He was very pleasant on the phone, we made an appointment and he was right on time. We had to change a few locks, and he was able to fix a security bar on the sliding door. He was even able to get into an old toolbox for which we had lost the key. He had a terrific attitude, charged a reasonable rate and made sure I was happy before he left. I would easily use him again and recommend him to others.

Great service, great price. Prompt and professional.

They were great. They called me up right away and came right over. He was very responsive. He came at night and he was the only one who was responsive. He was quite expensive but fair, I wouldn't have expected a price less than that for the service I received. He came from a long way and he fixed the problem.

They did an excellent job. They even gave us extra keys for our back door. Their price is reasonable. The technicians who came here are nice.

I was going to change the lockset for my front door and purchased a lockset from the hardware store. I found I could not remove the old one and after trying for over an hour (and beating the c--p out of the old) I gave up and late at night on a Friday I went to Angie's list to find a locksmith. I placed the call and was told he could be at my home in 1/2 - 1 hour. He also told me the price. He arrived on time and removed the old lockset (I'm sure with more trouble than he had anticipated) because of the damage I had done and the age of that lockset. He worked very hard for about an hour and a half and then tested everything twice to make sure all was good. He had me try everything to make sure that I was happy. I thought because of the extra time involved that his fee might increase. It did not.

HE HAS A SMALL COMPANY THAT GOT ME OUT OF A JAM. HE WAS THERE QUICK WHEN I NEEDED HIM. I DON'T THINK HE'S THE ORIGINAL OWNER, BUT IS VERY GOOD AT WHAT HE DOES.

I WAS LOCKED OUT AND CALLED LORI LOCKSMITH. THE WORKERS WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO MY CALL. THERE HAS NEVER BEEN ANY TYPE OF PROBLEM WITH THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THEM.

LORI LOCKSMITH DID A FANTASTIC JOB! THEY WERE ABLE TO MAKE MY KEY WITH NO PROBLEM AT ALL. I HAD MANY PROBLEMS FINDING SOMEONE THAT COULD MAKE THIS KEY. LORI'S GOT IT MADE AND MADE SURE IT FIT AS WELL.
