Tom was able to do all the locks to the same key 4 locks with 2 deadbolts. Punctual and very quick, made sure all the locks worked and was very neat and knowledgeable.

Called Monday morning - Eric arrived about an hour later.  He unlocked the door, and made keys for us.  Eric was punctual, trustworthy, friendly, and knowledgeable.  So happy with the service.  Would definitely use again.

I purchased a home that had a front door without a key and the lock was broken. It was an old door/lock which wasn't able to be replaced. We were able to bring in the lock to get fixed along with a new key made. This saved me hundreds if not $1000 to get a new non standard size door and frame. They were such a big help and were able to help us out at minimal cost!

Excellent service and attention to detail.  Tom worked with me to determine the best lock to purchase for my need.  Configured the sets and cut new keys immediately and also provided a few missing parts at no charge.  They are very knowledgeable and even though I was a walk in with no notice, turned their attention to me and provided exactly what I needed.

Called to see if they could come earlier, and I was available. Showed up with an apprentice, and even with training, it was a quick job done well.

We used Angie's List and found this provider.  The provider was very quick to respond back and was detailed on the price it would cost for the work performed.  We had to wait a bit due to both our and their schedules, and when there was a miscommunication on the appointment time, the provider was accommodating in making sure that they were able to do the job with our schedule.  The service man that came to do the job was very pleasant and did the job accordingly.  We would highly recommend this Provider, JP Mangione, to any one looking for locksmith services.

The service person went above and beyond to get it open quickly and with
minimal fuss, and then found an elegant way to disable the lock so it
doesn't re-lock accidentally.  He came to my vehicle, and when he couldn't open the trunk there, moved it into the building for closer attention.

They come when you need them. They have always done a good job. They are quick. I'm always surprised at how quickly they work.

Having just moved into a new house, we needed to replace the locks to the two doors to the house. On the day we moved in, we also discovered that we didn't have a key to the garage door after accidentally locking it. We called J.P. Mangione and scheduled an appointment for the following week (their earliest opening). Mr. Mangione showed up at the agreed upon time, replaced the door locks, and was able to easily pick and replace the garage door lock (standing outside in a light drizzle). He did the job quickly and efficiently.

MY HUSBAND WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE TIME THEY TOOK. HE WAS IN A BIND AND THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING, MORE SO THAN HE EVER THOUGHT THEY WOULD BE. IT WAS A TWO DAY TYPE OF PROBLEM. THEY HELPED DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM AND WHEN THEY GOT THE LOCK OUT THEY CAME BACK AND PUT THE NEW LOCK IN. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS GREAT. I KNOW THEM BY THEIR REPUTATION IN THIS AREA. THEY ARE AN OLD FAMILY BUSINESS AND THEY ARE WELL KNOWN.
