He explained the options and suggested some alternatives that saved me quite a bit of money. Don’s crew encountered challenges as they worked — bitter cold being the worst — but they always remained courteous, pleasant and professional. Every time something unexpected came up, Don or one of his crew explained the options and made sure I was happy with their solution. They cleaned up after themselves every day and always arrived on time. DF Construction did a fantastic job! I am very pleased with the final result and I won’t hesitate to contact Don again for future projects
- DF ConstructionI was not a member of Angie's list until after I received 4 estimates. The list only confirmed my choice. From the beginning DF showed a keen interest in understanding what I wanted and gave valuable recommendations, and provided a detailed estimate. All of the other providers gave a quick estimate that was higher than DF but only included the siding! Some estimates were totally out of the ballpark. be careful! We reviewed the plan and we agreed that the project would start in 4 weeks. A week later Don called and said due to a delay in another project they could start sooner. The estimated duration was 8 days and with one rain day in between it was on the money. Don's crew were punctual and professional and friendly. Every day ended with a good clean up. At one point I noticed the wrong porch railing were delivered. They were replaced the next day without an issue. In my opinion they showed a high level of experience and craftsmanship that is extremely hard to find today. All materials were first rate and installed properly. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone....and already have

There was no pressure sales pitch, no lengthy meeting just a simple, honest, professional yet friendly discussion and estimate received.Don and his team arrived on the scheduled date on time and ready to work. I was introduced to the members of the team and they got right to work. Despite temperatures in the 90's each day, they worked to complete the job as scheduled including additional shutters that I added to the work order in the middle of the week. This team was professional, courteous and a pleasure to have on site. I can't say enough about this company and the excellent work they do. They take pride in the work they do and ensure your satisfaction before they clean up and depart. "We have used the services of 518 Remodel on two separate occasions. Their service and work have always been outstanding. In the fall of 2017 they added 8 feet to our garage and then built and outfitted a mudroom/ laundry room for us. This was an extensive project which required construction, excavation, paving, electrical, plumbing, painting, concrete and drywall work. All this work was completed to the highest standards. We again, hired this company in March 2021, to do some attic work and to retile 2 bathrooms. Here again we were fully satisfied and impressed with the jobs that were done for us. Sal, the owner, has subcontractors commence work in a timely manner, and he always returns your call and attends to all of the customers needs. This is truly an excellent full-service construction company that performs high quality work.

"We couldn't be more pleased. Greg, Ethan and Tyler were terrific to work with. WE had a new kitchen backsplashe and bathroom remodel with everything replaced but the floor tile and tub.. Greg and Ethan explained the work being performed each day, always cleaned up at the end of the day, and were always prompt and responsive. The price was very reasonable and the quality was high. We had a more decorative backsplash added in the kitchen, than I initially discussed with Greg but he was flexible and ensured the project was installed as I had envisioned it. While Greg was not did not brooch the topic of more money for the extra time and the effort, I added additional $s to accommodate the extra time/complexity. The tiling project in the bathtub/shower was modern, but classic. Greg and Ethan were both helpful and knowledgable about what tiling products were needed (to avoid overpurchasing superfluous products). We also received a nice (significant) contractors' discount from one of the tile local stores on Wolf Road! We would definately use both the tile place and Muellers for other projects. They are booking a few months out, but worth the wait!

"I had a very good experience with CB Structures Inc. I had a friend who had theirs done and I was placing prices on garages and they kept going up and up and someone suggested a pole barn and I thought it would look cheesy. They came out here, I have a very narrow lot and I wanted to block the traffic with it so they helped me place it, they helped me build it. I said this is what I wanted, can you do this, do that and they just switched thing around, guys came and it was like an old barn raising. They put a colored sheet on it so it looks pretty sharp, it is a great garage.
