My very old garage door opener stopped working. Charlie replaced all the hardware and wiring and made sure everything was adjusted properly. Our tension spring snapped due to aging and the very cold weather, and we were unable to manually open the door..remote work day!! We did online research and got a phone call from Charlie. Just 20 minutes later, he arrived. After diagnosing the problem, he went to one of their local vendors and purchased the correct spring -- he had already told us in the initial phone conversation that might happen. Upon his return, he replaced the broken spring and then carefully checked everything to make sure it was in proper working order. Charlie was friendly, professional, and informative. We heartily recommend both Charlie and Albany Saratoga Doors!

Charlie from Albany Saratoga Doors had plenty of experience for repairing my garage door. He was very knowledgeable and capably handled my broken springs. I would highly recommend this company. He not only replaced the springs but also checked the cables and lubricated all the garage door rollers and chain and installed a handle for using the door in manual mode.

The person who performed my work was EVERYTHING I wanted in a contracter...knowledgeble CURTIOUS and explained EVERYTHING I wanted when I asked him a question, and TRUST me when I hire a contracter I have PLENTY of questions...in fact he told me he LOVES when a potential customer DOES ask questions...I LOVED that...the job got done ALMOST to the minute of when he told me it WOULD be completed...JOB WELL DONE!!!
